      Stay away from they are to be avoided worse than the plague. They will do everything to force you into dealing with flunkies that know nothing and that includes keep you lied to in order to keep you from speaking to the owners. They will force you to settle for trash instead of what you are after and make you deal with sales supervisors that decide to take it on their selves to make decisions that you the owner of a new truck that you own should be the one making which you are not and you are not even notified of taking a week or longer for you to find out after it is too late to stop from happening and then try to make it out that you are the lying one.

      I can not accept their comments as I called them on the 8th of April 2024 after being notified by the BBB and was told by the secretary that Mr. ******* was out all day and that he had left word with her that he had no time to deal with me as I was full of it and he had told his people that they were to deal with it as he had other things to do like deal with his 189 employees.

      Ford as a whole has given up on integrity but this dealership in particular was an absolute horrible experience. The service member Mike, said he'd get my pickup in in 3 days and they didn't even look at it so after 12 days of my pickup sitting there costing me $1,000 on rental cost I took it to Sarasota Ford, they already had it diagnosed within a day. When I asked why it didn't atleast get looked at or i wasnt told it was taking longer than the 3 days, Mike got confrontational. The manager told me to call him to see about resolving the issue, he never reached back. Now i have another rental that will cost me another grand plus 5k in repairs that should've been repaired by a recall. I would advise anyone capable if able, use another dealership or product in general.

      Terrible service ***** Had an appt to drop off vehicle on Friday early a.m. called by noon no feedback promised call backs by **** in service NONE. Left me without a vehicle all weekend after expressing this concern. Same story for Monday and Tues. Finally after calling higher *** I get a phone call back at 5 pm stating nothing is covered by warranty. They are a SCAM. Left messages for ****manager have yet to hear back. If your service representative is **** stay away unless you are ok with dropping your car off for days and getting no feedback.

      STEAR CLEAR FROM PRICE GOUGING DEALER. LURED ME IN WITH A MSRP ON A NEW MAVERICK TRUCK THEN TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO PAY 5K OVER . I OFFERED 2K OVER MSRP AND THEY COUNTERED AT 4K PLUS FEES. I DECLINED. TOTALLY GREEDY DISHONESTY. I WAS GIVEN THE MSRP BY KEN C. AND TOLD IT COULD BE BOUGHT FOR THAT PLUS DEALER FEES. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DEALERSHIP I WAS HANDED OFF TO SALESMAN DEAN A. WHO INFORMED ME OF THE UPCHARGE. GO ELSEWHERE!

      We do not charge "over MSRP", however, we do often have dealer-installed accessories on many of our vehicles that make the final purchase price higher than the original MSRP. Dealer installed options add value to the vehicle they are installed on. We regret that Mr. ********* did not receive an experience he felt good about. All dealer installed options are clearly displayed on every vehicle. Our GM would be glad to speak with Mr. ********* personally about his experience. Again, it is our clear goal to make every customer completely satisfied with every experience at our dealership, whether the consumer purchases a vehicle or not.

      Stay away from this dealership. Go to Coconut Point Ford! Again, stay way from Tamiami Ford! Ordered a truck with a Z plan. With a Z plan a dealer cannot add or deduct any item on the vehicle ordered. When reviewing the documents (as a woman and a young man signing the documents), $1250 was added to the truck as dealers add ons. When I stated they could not do this with a z plan, he started over talking me and told us they could do this and if we didn't like it "don't take the truck"! Once my husband came and discussed the issue, they lowered the add ons to $500. Add ons that my son does not want. We have contacted Ford Corporate and have a claim. I will not dropped this. Ford is on our side thank goodness. My 81 year old father worked for Ford and this is how this dealership treats him! Also, on my son's mustang, Tamiami Ford put on a Roush suspension. We took it back to Tamiami Ford several times complaining of a sound. But every time, they said it was normal. Then one day when I was driving it on the highway, the suspension disconnected and I lost control of the car!! Turns out they didn't "locktite" the pieces. Not once did we get a sorry or any acknowledgment that they messed up. Save yourself a headache...go to Coconut Ford!

      Purchased a new Ford Edge from Tamiami Ford with no intent of trading my old car in. They quoted me in an E mail that it was worth $2500 to $4000 depending on the condition. Since the vehicle was in pristine condition I thought a fair offer would be closer to $4000. Reluctantly i decided to trade it in and drove it over 2 hours to get there. When i arrived i was waiting for someone to evaluate the vehicle so then I could get my new vehicle and drive away. Someone came out and looked at it from a distance without looking inside and left. Before he left the sales associate Jose gave me the final bill with the trade in value already typed in at $2500. I told Jose this was pre planned and unfair. The vehicle was not evaluated and the trade offer pre typed in. He shrugged his shoulders. I needed the new vehicle and what was I to do decline the offer but how was i to get it home. Reluctantly I agreed. I reached out to the original sales associate and management with no reply. It has been 2 months now. I have all supporting documentation. ***

      This has been the worst experience I have had, bought a car from here, a few months later the car was leaking inside from the room, but thats not all, i took the car to service and they tell me that is not covered by warranty, i just need my car fixed so i tell them thats fine just get it done, 2 WEEKS later in still here without any update at all of how long my car has been on the shop but thats not all, the Service Consultant i had assigned to me, i have called about 6 to 7 times to TALK i just want an UPDATE I'm not asking for my car to be fixed tomorrow I'm asking to know what is going on and every time, i swear every time i call his extension it goes to voicemail, i have left voicemails throughout the whole week and you think he would call you back right? well you would be WRONG, not 1 call, so i have been 2 weeks using a rental that I'm paying out of pocket and no update at all, when i call i get the someone in the front desk that all he does is just transfer me to this Jeff and my calls goes ignored, i cannot believe that i might have to go to onsite to just get an UPDATE i cannot believe what customer service would make you do that, so if there's anything you need to do at this service dept. in this dealership, i will tell you, please make sure you did your research, because they will keep your car for weeks and not even have the curtesy of giving you a call or an update, very disappointed, specially after they sold me that USELESS warranty that i paid extra to have for nothing. Really would reconsider buying or servicing at this location. UPDATE: I went on site after i got tired of waiting and would you not believe what they told me there, apparently they had NOT touched the car for the past 15 Days, unbelievable!! Never have i gotten a text or anything, i even wanted to do the oil change as i PAID FOR IT WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR (NOT RECOMMENDED) and they still wanted to charge me 60$, to make the story short, they said the car was not leaking and they had forgotten to call me to let me know, i was furious but i let it go trough, they told me come back in 1HR to pick up the car, i did and when i picked up the car, all the trim were on the floor, the car was almost in pieces inside, i will be uploading pictures because this is honestly see to believe, and the car, FULL OF WATER ON THE BACK! and suddenly they changed their story saying i had to take it to a BODY SHOP, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! i have no words to describe how disgusted i am at such as a company that "prides on their customer service" is as amateurish and unprofessional as that, i have swore to not step on this dealership on my life, please beware, these crooks will rattle you into buying a car with the warranty and all that crap so they can back stab you later. Don't make the same mistakes i made while buying here.

      Alex in Used Car Sales, & Peter in Quick Lane went above and beyond to help get my vehicle serviced and the service engine issue diagnosed . Courteous, Professional, Clean, & reasonable.
