Placed the order through Instagram AD post on 1/25/23 Received tracking information that showed no movement or could provide an ETA. This was supposed to be a ******* to ********** **** tracking code. Got the order on 1/21/23. Throughout, I was emailing back and forth with ***************** - Customer Happiness Manager Instagram: @********************** While she was professional and courteous, the responses were not as quickly once it was time to refund. I did follow their return policy 100% and paid for a trackable label, *** GROUND, and they received it in a few days. Still, no refund, and their last response was to stop emailing them, as it will cause further delay. I filed a claim with my bank to retrieve my money. I hope this complaint helps consumers make an informed buying decision because if we follow their return policy, then we should be refunded in a timely manner. Also, their $25 free gift is a little canister that they said is perfume. A small trial-size cylinder, not $25 dollars in my opinion.
