      On 12/13/2023 I signed a contract proposal with ********************** and Company for equipment to be purchased and work to be performed on my outside lanai. The owner, Jack *********************** requested a check for the 60% deposit since the equipment had to be ordered upfront. The check was given on 12/13/2024 and cashed the following day. To my knowledge, no equipment has ever been ordered or confirmed by the company. I have consistently called, emailed, and texted both **************************** (owner) and ******************************* (********************** and Company employee) over the past several months as to when the equipment will arrive and when it would be subsequently installed. Most of the communications have been ignored. When a few have been addressed, either by ********************** or *******, they have directly lied in their communications concerning the status of the equipment, the install, or the project itself. I have asked several times for my equipment to be delivered immediately, or a refund of my $10,421.08 deposit, never getting a response to either request. I have told both Jack ********************** and ******************************* that they have, in essence, stolen my money since the check was cashed and not used to purchase my equipment. My last communication asked for a plan of what was going on and what Mr ********************** was trying to do. And of course there has been no response.

      Breach of contract. We agreed on a large sink and purchased it. They installed the wrong sink, which is much smaller than the agreed upon sink. The countertop had to be cut for the sink and now we need Emery and Company to remedy the issue. Initially, ****/Emery and Company agreed to fix their mistake, however, it has been since October and they have not obliged.

      Jack ********************** installed outdoor kitchen. After lot of harassment from him and his company finally they completed the project installing a side burner which does not regulate propane. We have called them several times. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to fix this problem.

      To whom it may concern, 

      The customer bought a product through us, and as the dealer, we must follow the appropriate warranty channels for repair or replacement. On this occasion, the manufacturer of the customers side burner elected to send out their own 3rd party repair person to repair the product, and we helped coordinate that, although they prefer to contact the client directly and I believe they have done so. We will continue to follow up with the manufacturer on the clients behalf to ensure the product works as advertised.
