  Hired them to install MagnaTrack for a client. Paid 50% in mid-2023. Its Feb *********************************************************** ** but we arent even listed as a creditor. Owner will lie to your face. OG Living is over-extended with the manuf (MagnaTrack) who have recently cut OG Living off so they cant get product. Do not do business with this installer.

  We signed our contract in August of 2023 and are still waiting. No one answers the phone. Emails are few and far between. Very poor communication despite one apologetic email a year ago. The MagnaTrack product looks good but consider hiring a more reliable company to install the screens. I just hope they show up one day to do my installation.

  I contracted with OG Living after a referral from MagnaTrack for lanai screens. I paid the required 50% deposit on July 5th, 2023. After several delays, the installation was scheduled for January 5th, however, two weeks before it was cancelled. All I’ve received since are excuses and apologies. No screens. My patience ran out and I asked for a refund of my deposit, but I only get more excuses and apologies. No refund. I was told the owner, John, would call me. No call. I called the office, and after a lengthy time on hold, I was transferred to voicemail. No call back. After more than a year of dealing with OG Living, I feel legal action is the only way to get my deposit back. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

  **************** have been under contract with OG Living since July of 2023. I foolishly made a 50% deposit for a Magna track screen to cover my carport opening. Although, I made every effort to obtain updates of the schedule with text messages, emails and phone calls. I have received no replies from the ********** *********************** and only vague responses from several of their department managers. My original salesman and site engineer are no longer working for OG Living. My only recourse is to request the contract be canceled and apply for a refund. This company has shown no consideration or respect for its customers. I only wish someone at ********************** would have the respect to respond to my situation.

  Terrible Company. They took our down payment for hurricane screens and said the job would be complete in 5 months. It is now 6 months and there are no screens. I’ve called them several times but the employees don’t know what’s going on. They promise to contact the project manager stating that the PM will return my call to give an update. No one has ever returned a call! Is this a scam? Where are they? This is a zero communication company. I am so sorry we signed on with them. There are many legitimate companies out there offering the same service. My fault. I trusted the wrong people!
