Specifically, the business will require payment upfront for the puppy but then request additional payment(s) before shipping. Consumers have not received the promised puppy despite paying, and found that no refunds have been received.
1). The Facebook Page, https://www.facebook.com/cavapoopuppiesflorida, was created on October 10, 2021.
2). BBB was not able to verify if the images used for the listed puppies actually belong to the business or if they were stolen from social media accounts.
3). BBB was not able to verify the address in Naples is registered to any business. Please understand that scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address usually has no connection to the scam business.
