            My wife and I hired ****** to take pictures of our wedding in ***************, ** on December 18, 2021. She sent her assistant because she was sick, which was no problem since she sent someone to get the job done. However, the job is still not done since we have not received our wedding pictures. She told us there are 200+ pictures but we still don't have them. We reached out to her multiple times, but we barely get any response back and still no pictures. I did reach out to a mutual friend who is also a photographer. He agreed that it is a bad situation and that we need this resolved. He tried reaching out as well but did not have much luck. We paid ***** dollars for the service and the pictures. We sent a 500 dollar deposit on October 16, 2021 and the remaining balance of ***** dollars on December 21, 2021. They were both via Venmo to her account @LaurenmarieCo. We gave her a lot of leeway in case she was busy, but it has been almost one year now. 9 months to be exact. We did tell her multiple times, we would like our pictures ASAP so we would not have to report her to BBB. Still no response, so unfortunately we have to do this process to get our pictures.

            Terrible experience and a waste of money. Lauren did not follow through with anything she agreed to (timeline of sending sneak peaks, full gallery or editing-she literally didn't edit anything) and communication was awful. I had to reach out to her multiple times before receiving our sneak peaks and then had to reach out multiple times before receiving our full gallery. We receiving multiple excuses as to why our pictures weren't ready. First she was "super busy", then she was "super sick", then she was "in the Bahamas", then her "assistant was supposed to send them", then she was "in the hospital with covid", then her "assistant was in Europe", it was one excuse after the other. When we did finally receive our photos I was so disappointed. She had agreed to edit out any skin imperfections and she didn't edit anything at all. She literally added filters to the pictures which I could have done myself. The few pictures I did like were black and white and I wanted colored pictures. I reached out to her after receiving them asking if she could send those pictures in color and never got a response. We ended up having to book another engagement session with a different photographer so we could send out our Save the Dates. All in all- it was a terrible experience and a waste of money. I would not recommend her to anyone.
