Awful company. I scheduled an appointment on Thursday, Oct. 5 and they confirmed it yesterday, the day before the appointment. Today, Oct 11, my appointment day they called and cancelled saying it was out of their service area. Seriously, this is good business ... I could have had other plumbers scheduled. They could have told me that when I scheduled the appointment. Please be ***** before contacting this company!! I called and spoke to the owner and he acted like he had marbles in his mouth and rocks for brains!! This is a ZERO star rating.

I am sorry we had to reschedule your free estimate. As I explained when you booked we are a service company not new construction. I told you at that time we may not have time for your project but agreed to look at it. We do reschedule free estimates when we have emergency work for existing customers.

****'s fixed a leaking shower faucet just prior to our heading north for the summer. When we returned it had started leaking again. ****'s came the day I called and promptly fixed it. They are very honorable and stand behind their work. The plumber they sent, ****, was professional, neat and knowledgeable. we are very satisfied customers!Review from John B

First time user of Mike's. Had relatively minor issues with two toilets, which were assessed and promptly fixed. Tech was on time within window and was polite and professional. Post repair, he spent time to make sure that toilets were functioning properly with multiple adjustments. Very happy with service.Review from Jane T

**** was so nice and had ***** out to check on my water heater just hours after I called. He was very professional and helpful. He had my water heater back on in seconds! If I have any plumbing issues I will call Mikes Plumbing. Nice to know there is a reliable plumbing company near me.Review from Nancy L.
