All of my interactions with Plumbing Nerds, LLC staff has been without any issues. They are courteous and very knowledgeable. All authorized work orders were completed thoroughly and in a timely manner and they clean after themselves. They always asked if I had any questions or any other plumbing (now HVAC services) concern that *** need attention. I would recommend them without hesitation. PS. Yes, you will pay higher prices for their services. If anyone thinks their quotes are high, decline it and then call the next plumbing company. Stop complaining after agreeing and authorizing the repairs.

Plumbing Nerds came to my rental in Naples Florida for possible clogged main drain line, While taking toilet off flange it broke because it was supposedly rusted. No problem it happens. But now the toilet is off, no working toilet and tenants in my home need a toilet. Plumbing Nerds LLC tells me it $933 to do a new flange and wax ring to reset toilet. They knew they had me trapped and took full advantage of the situation. What they didn't know is I own and manage 200 homes and I am in this business so I know it is a $200/$300 job tops. Full new toilet replacements run about $650 tops. But they knew I couldn't leave tenants with no toilet so they took advantage of me being backed into the corner. DO NOT USE THEM . THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

Excellent service provided by ****! I wouldn't want anyone else to do the job as he has a terrific personality, is thoughtful and experienced at his job. **** is the best! I'm glad I called the Plumbing Nerds.

My wife engaged plumbingnerds to do some work at our Estero, Fl. house. They changed the filters in an undersink reverse-osmosis unit (we supplied the filters) and the charge was $360.60. They changed out the fill valve, flapper and supply on a toilet and the charge was $281.13. They cleaned the drain on a bath tub and charged $270.45. They also did a water heater flush and plumbing inspection for $69.00. They deducted $25.00 which was listed as a gift. Total charges were $956.18 for less than 3 hours labor and about $50.00 in parts. When I called to complain about what I believe were excessive charges, the service manager offered to reimburse approximately $70.00 for a coupon and military discount. Will not use again!

THE DRAINS IN MY HOUSE WERE BLOCKED UP. THE PIPE RUNNING FROM THE HOUSE TO THE CITY DRAIN WAS REPLACED BY NERDS. THIS IS ABOUT 18 FEET OR SO. I WAS CHARGED 17,175.60. I PAID IT BECAUSE I HAD NO CHOICE. I WAS RECOVERING FROM AN ILLNESS AND CALLED THE FIRST PLUMBER I FOUND. I HAD NO ENERGY AND NO TIME TO SHOP AROUND. I BELIEVE THAT I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF. I AM SENIOR, LIVING IN A MINORITY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT WAS DEVASTATED BY HURRICANE IAN FLOODING.

quick responce on off hours. professional, she discussed options before and set a price on all options before proceeding. i signed off on the work and a half an hour later my broken shower could turn off. Little gun shy for contractors after *** but she did what she said she was going to do very pleased.

My pipes were clogged all of a sudden, so I did not have any toilets or showers working anymore. It was friday morning, so I knew I need to get help fast before the weekend. I called Plumbing nerds and they came only 2 hours later which is great! They checked and then gave me an estimate I accepted as I did not have a clue on how much this usually costs and I was in distress. Then they worked here for 4.5 hours to clean and film the pipes. They solved my problem and this was a good job. But after they left and I talked with my neighbors, I got the idea that they ripped me off. So I checked prices with other companies and found out, that I was completely taken advantage off. I paid 4118 USD for their work, which is close to 1000 USD an hour! I do understand that I have to pay for the manpower as well as the use of expensive equipment, but I think this is way too much. So I contacted them to discuss, but they did not reply. Next I wrote a review on Google and they replied with a standard text there, telling me "Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your feedback with us. We take all feedback very seriously and value your perspective on our pricing. We base our pricing on the level of service, expertise, availability, training and equipment we deliver. We understand your concern and will review the job scope. We hope we can regain your trust and serve you in the future... We are always here for any of your plumbing or drain related needs.". Well, they based their pricing on whatever - fact is that there have been two people working here for 4.5 hours using their machines and one of the two guys told me in the beginning he needs to call his colleague as he is not experienced in that job. And at the end, they even told me they would not guarantee their work as the pipes of my house are wrong and I would need to build them all over, ripping off the grounds. Work was good, but always check prices!

We had been searching for a plumber since Thursday and today is Monday. We had no water to our home as the backflow was leaking and had to be shut off. We called several plumbers recommended on Nextdoor but either received no response or they didn't know how to fix it. This morning, Monday, I found Plumbing Nerds. They were here within a few hours and had the parts to do the work. ***** was terrific. He finished within a few hours and we have water again. We will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
