Although their person who cared for our pool was wonderful, the service is terrible. Seems every time they came for one issue, mysteriously other expensive repairs were needed. This last time I checked with another service and found they were overcharging me by $1000! Then when I canceled their service they refused to refund me for the rest of the month. When I questioned that, they sent me a new invoice showing no refunds. Yet when I went back to all their prior monthly invoices, that never appears anywhere. Clearly that was fabricated when I complained. There are much better pool companies out there. Stay away!Review from John S

This company and their collection department - Poolbrainis a despicable company Not only do they fail to carry out service but then continue to harass and dun for progressively enhanced payment (late fees) interminably as a nuisance I asked this company to provide an estimate for badly needed pool cleaning on 4/9/2023. Altho tech was out on 4/13/2023 I never received estimate for which they wanted $150 and billed ********** in advance. Finally I filed complaint with ***** who agreed that the charge was fraudulent due to failure to provide service and credited my account. ONLY then did I receive estimate along with a late fee of $35 This was better than one month past original contact date for estimate that should have been forthcoming within days of technician visit on 4/13. In interim I was forced to contact alternate vendor for service because pool required imminent service and no communication (written estimate) was forthcoming from Magnolia. Since then collection arm - Poolbrain - has tried to re-bill with enhanced late fees but again at my request charge was rejected by ********** as spurious Now Magnolia and Poolbrain are continuing to re-bill me personally which will NOT be paid. Plan will be to report to ****************** of ****** The practice of charging for simple estimate is unethical anyway but to charge for it without any subsequent contact is fraud!If I could leave negative star rating I would
