Stay away from this company! Hired *********************************************** to acid wash our pool after the hurricane and replace equipment (over $15,000). They did not provide any photos so we dont know exactly what they did, or what they did not do inside or outside the pool except what they told us. The morning they came to do the work we had an emergency so we were not able to be here to watch. I know the work was not done correctly because there are barnacles in the pool! The working parts of the pool equipment that they replaced needed to be repaired after they worked on it. Their installation leaked and caused an additional $2200 in wasted water! I called them to discuss the leaks, they would not answer when I called, nor did they return my call when I left a message. Their work was eventually repaired by someone else because Collier County notified me about enormous water usage! Two friends of mine each called *********************************************** from their phones and they answered. My friends asked them to call me about the problem. They never called me. This company has the WORST, most incompetent, and intentionally antagonistic customer **********************. The pool needs to be drained and completely refinished because *********************************************** did such a poor (and very expensive job). Go anywhere else except to Above and Beyond Pool because they do not do quality work, do not stand by their work, and they try their hardest to aggravate customers.
