I discontinued my pool service with this company in February and settled the account. I am now receiving a bill of April when they did not provide service. I have tried leaving voice mail messages and emails but get no response.Business response

This invoice was mistakenly generated and has since been deleted. Customer does still owe for *********************** rendered in December 2022 and January 2023.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have fully paid all that was due and have an email from **** on 2/2/2023 acknowledging that. See my email to you from 1/27/2023 explaining what was included in my final payment to you. Your book keeping is awful.

Please See the attached emails detailing what my account to ********************** and Beyond pools owed and that they accepted this in email to me 2/2/2023. A check was sent to them and they cashed this check.
