he attached shows initial contact and confirmation of our reservation for this property at ******************************************************************* for the dates of April 3-6. I also sent pictures. This reservation was made based on the glowing pictures and description provided on your site. There was no mention of destruction and the final check in details indicates in bold, The left side of the dock is ours, not the right side. Current pictures and description of this property were intentionally withheld. When we arrived at 8:30 pm, after a 10 hour drive, we were astounded at what we saw, the pictures are evidence. As we made our way up the unstable front steps, my daughter in law tripped and twisted her ankle. We entered and saw a hoe that had clearly been "prepped" but had an odor. After we looked outside, the sheer destruction was overwhelming. The dock which had been described for our use on the details and the original reservation was totally destroyed as were ******** and tree around us. This clearly was not the picture posted on your site. We left immediately for fear of the house collapsing under our feetTInitial Complaint

We utilized a property in this companies portfolio *************************************************************************. We went thru a VRBO listing Sept 3rd thru the 8th. When we arrived to property it had not been thoroughly cleaned. I sent pictures of the issues, Immediately sent to the property management company. They thanked me and said it would be addressed with cleaning company. I Cleaned the spaces prior to unpacking and had an enjoyable stay. Left a nice review. Per our contract as long as the space was cleaned per instructions and all rules followed we would receive our security deposit back within two weeks of departure. Which would have been on or around Sept 22nd. We left the property in pristine condition. I have sent over 10 emails communicating the $400 deposit has yet to be received and have received 1 correspondence advising one of their employees to "pay" the deposit out of the escrow account. Another email response asking if my problem has been resolve to which I responded no. We left this property in better condition then it was received, followed all the rules and were amazing guests and welcomed to come back per their emails. We are requesting the refund to be done immediately to put this issue to rest. Best regards ***** Fine
