K and C Building and Construction were hired in May 2023 to remodel master bath, kitchen and vanities. Final inspections were still taking place in January 2024. In Dec 2023 we addressed the issue of the master shower that the work wasnt satisfactory. It dosent drain properly and leaves a large puddle about 2-3 deep along wall of shower. The whole job is not done well but the standing water is top issue. Eventually it will cause damage to the lower unit if not taken care of. We again sent messages in Jan and Feb that we need this looked at and fixed. **** never showed up for the 2 times they said he said he was coming. We now contacted over 4 contractors to evaluate and get bids. ALL have said it needs to be redone. And not to use the shower as it is. K and C Building and construction.s response is we are not coming out because you keep bringing stuff up after you said it was fine. We have NEVER said its fine. And last response from ***** was we are working on a solution for the best way to fix the shower water problem without having to take shower pan out sent January 26 2024 So now they refuse to address the problem.

Good Morning,
I would like to respond that the above named clients were very happy with the work that we completed. We took down a wall that separated the dining room from the kitchen, installed a wine rack over the stove, finished the kitchen ceiling with crown molding. We also supervised installation of new kitchen counters. We installed new vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms and they look amazing. We installed a new tile shower in the master including new glass. The customers were very impressed. The whole project was permitted and inspected accordingly and passed the whole way through. The customers even signed off on the Certificate of Completion, which means that they were satisfied with the work. I am not sure why they are complaining now. I received very positive feedback from them. We have also completed several projects for the owners that live below and they can't say how impressed they are with our work.
