I purchased two Eminence moisturizer's from SkinMedix on 12/26/23. To date I have never received the products. I've tried to contact this company by phone but their website does not list one, thus I've had to correspond via email to get any help. SkinMedix insisted that the package was delivered but it was not. The USPS tracking data showed it was delivered to my town and zip code but not to my specific address, yet SkinMedix has never given me proof of delivery from USPS. In fact, SkinMedix claimed that USPS misdelivered the package and claimed they put in a request to have USPS redeliver the product. As an aside, USPS does not redeliver lost packages, they typically request that you put in a claim for the value of the missing products and give you a refund. Right now I am out $106 dollars for this product and can't get any resolution.

Well, heres another voice joining the chorus. The face cream product I received from SkinMedix is not authentic. Same container and same packaging but not the same product. My first clue was the color and second was a subtle fragrance in what is supposed to be unscented. I dont ever think to check BBB ratings until after I believe Ive been taken advantage of.

On July 17, 2023 I ordered Obagi Hydrate Lux Moisturizer from SkinMedix and paid $54. I received the package on Monday however, the product did not arrive in cellophane as it does when purchase elsewhere. When I opened the product, I noticed it was a discolored as I have been using this product for years. This product did not have the 'spoon' either which is how it is packaged. I tried calling the customer service phone number but it wasn't working. I requested a refund and a return shipping label but have not heard back after 48 hours. When I read these reviews, I realize this company is not legit. I am requesting a refund and I am happy to sent this compromised product back to SkinMedix. Angela B

This retailer is a total scam !!! I wish I had seen the review here before I purchased online! I made a mistake buying ******************* transformation face cream - skin care product for $145 and I know the product intimately - have been using for years - the product I got was a fake - clearly - wasn't even the right color - original ******************* transformation step 4 face cream is white - the one they sent me was yellow and smelling totally different.. When I call the ***** number all it says is "buy on our website and send email to *************** - I sent email to *************** and no reply for past two days - I have just been robbed $145 - daylight robbery on the internet!! DON'T GO NEAR THE WEBSITE !!!

Warning: Skinmedix is a scam. I purchased Obaji foaming gel from Skinmedix and compared it with the "same" product I had ordered straight from Obaji (and used for years). The Skinmedix product was absolutely not the same in smell (the true Obaji product has a soft rose smell whereas the product from Skinmedix had a liquid dish soap smell to it) or results (the Skinmedix product caused a reaction on my skin I have never experienced before or since with the true Obaji product which cleared up quickly after I stopped using it and returned to the true Obaji product. I'd decided to give it a try because if it worked I'd be happy to save money on this product as it's less than ordering it from Obaji). I contacted customer service at ********************** several times and they never responded. I had paid through PayPal so I contacted them and PayPal opened an investigation. As soon as PayPal contacted Skinmedix my money was returned to me. I contacted ***** to let them know of this scam however found out ***** was already aware and also that Obaji lists on their website companies which are selling Obaji products unauthorized, and Skinmedix is one of them (I had not seen the list before).
