      I arranged for a car service called Ride Naples to pick me up from my parents home in ******, ******* at 5 am the morning of 12/28/2023to bring me to the airport in ***************. They charged my credit card for the $55.00 fee on 12/22/2023 when I scheduled the pick up online. I received an email on 12/27/2023 at 5:02 am confirming pick up and was told I would receive a text from the driver between 8-10 pm that evening introducing himself. I did not receive the text so called their number ************** and left a message and sent a text message. At 11:51 pm I received a text from someone named **** from Ride Naples saying he had Covid and that my pick up at 5 am was cancelled. He also stated that my payment would be refunded to my credit card within 2 weeks. On 1/20/24 I texted the same number again asking when I should expect my refund as now past 2 weeks - no reply. I am seeking refund of my payment of $55.00 as no service performed and was hugely inconvenienced as had to then figure out at 12 midnight how to get to the airport at 5 am!

      I contracted **** and his company ride Naples for a pick up at the *********************** on December 26. His driver was running late so we canceled that and kept the credit for a pick up of my son on December 28. Late the evening of the 27th, **** canceled that trip as well. The text and told me he would be issuing a credit to my credit card for the $70 that I paid. I have tried multiple times to reach out to him as no credit has been applied but his phone is no longer taking incoming calls and he is not responding to any emails.

      Booked a ride to the airport with ridenaples. Received an email that I should receive a text with details and if not to call the number. Never received a text so I tried calling, turns out the number isnt in service. Search their website for another number only to have that one not in service either. I then decided to cancel and it said I would get my refund in 30 days. It has been over the timeframe and still nothing

      I booked a ride with Ride naples to pick up my son and his girlfriend on November 20, 2023. This reservation was to be picked up in ************ and taken to the *************** international airport.It was an early morning pick up, and I paid additional fees for that.When the pick up time came, no driver arrived and we had to scramble to get them to the airport at 4:30 AM I have tried calling multiple times I did get a text from the owner **** who said he would be in contact with me the following day due to a death in his family. It has now been 10 days. I have contacted him numerous times via text and phone, but no return call and no return text and No Refund!Upon reading the ****** reviews apparently, if you go to the one star reviews, this is happened on multiple occasions with absolutely no satisfaction given or refunds given to the people that he has stood up.I find this to be extremely unscrupulous and disgusting behaviour for a business owner.I am seeking a refund for the services I paid for, but never received. Although its not a ton of money it is definitely the principle of the thing and he does not deserve to be a member of the better business bureau.I am a business owner in my hometown and you just do not treat customers this way.

      On Dec .14, 2022, I booked and paid for transportation from Naples to the cruise port in *****. Charged amount was $174.00. Ride was confirmed and scheduled for pickup in Naples at 10:30am on Jan. 25. When RideNaples failed to show up, I had to arrange other transportation. When I called the number for Ride Naples, I learned that ******************* had been injured in a traffic accident over New Years. Upon return from my trip, I contacted the company and received that response that I could expect reimbursement in 30 days. After 5 months, no reimbursement, and no further contact from the company. I've called and emailed multiple times. No answer, no response! No reimbursement!

      RideNaples committed to transport four people from ******, ** to *************** in ***************, ** on the morning of January 6, 2023. The price of the trip was $210, which we paid in advance. The night before the trip -- i.e., January 5 -- we received a message that the owner of RideNaples was in a car accident and would not be able to make the trip. RideNaples offered no other driver, although the company does employ other drivers. The trip was canceled and we were told on January 5 that a refund would be forthcoming. Since then, I have tried to contact the owner, *******************, by phone and email on four occasions -- January 20, February 2, February 16, and March 3. Today (March 17) marks ten weeks from the date of our canceled trip. We have not received a refund, or even the courtesy of a return call. Meanwhile, RideNaples is active and accepting further bookings.

      I paid $75 to the business for a Transpotation to Airport. The driver no showed no call. I asked for a refund. Original payment was July 11, 2022. I had a credit to use. I tried to use my credit last week on March 2,2023 with a confirmed reservation that the driver no showed no called.

      On 11/04/2022 I booked one trip from Naples to ***** Airpot for 11/17/2022 (******) and one trip from ************* to ****** for 11/27/2022 (******). Unlike other services, RideNaples website reservation system requires payment and gratuity before scheduling the service. The owner, *******************, picked us up on 11/17/2022 for the 3 hour ride to *************. His driving was very reckless to say the least. He would weave in and out of traffic, while texting and talking on the phone. We narrowly missed hitting other cars many, many times. My husband and I decided we would be endangering ourselves if were to have him drive us from ************* to ****** on Nov. 27th. I canceled the return trip online on 11/19/2022 and received an email immediately that confirmed the trip cancellation and a note that said Please allow 30 days for all refunds to be processed and posted to your card. I sent an email to RideNaples on Dec. 22, 2022 requesting my refund, but there is no response. I called numerous times, but only get a recording that the owner, *******************, was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident. The voicemail is full so cannot leave a message. Looking at the reviews online at Yelp and TripAdvisor, it seems quite a few people had the same experience. The bottom line is we prepaid for a service that we did not receive, there is no mention anywhere about no refunds, and I received an email promising a full refund. I expect $****** to be refunded. Nowhere in our correspondence or on the website does it state that there are no refunds.

      I scheduled a ride to *** for 11-22-2022 & a pick up from *** on 11-28-2022, Which I had to pay for in advance. I also paid for tips both ways totaling $108. We had to cancel because of COVID, and I did so online. When I talked to ****, (the owner) he said I would be issued a credit to my charge in 2-3 days. On Dec 20 I still hadn't received my refund. Called **** and he said he would check on it. Never received anything. I have texted several times, all unanswered. My husband has tried to contact **** by phone & is always sent to voicemail, and the mailbox is full. I am very frustrated by this. The owner is *******************, I hope you can help.

      I booked transportation from my home to the airport for $85 and I accidentally typed in a $200 tip. It should have been $20. Within minutes of making the booking, I realized my error and canceled the booking. Then I rebooked the ride for the correct amount. It has now been over 6 weeks and I have not received my refund. I have contacted the owner, Mark, and have not heard back from him on this refund. I was charged a total of $285 that I am due I have had problems with his refunds in the past as well. In fact, one refund that I recently received was from 10 months ago. Another took over 2 months.
