My daughter attended here for 2 months in the infant room. I withdrew her after multiple issues of neglect. There were instances where her diaper was not changed for 3 hours at a time, not fed for 4 hours, and left crying in a crib hungry and with a dirty diaper. The last incident that called for immediate withdrawal is when I walked into the infant room and found her placed alone in the corner of the room by herself crying as if she was put in time out or being punished. The teacher stated she put her there so she could use the restroom. There are plenty of places to leave a child such as a crib, jumper or on the floor playing.. not in the corner by themselves all alone. My 9-month-old daughter's behavior changed drastically the 2 months she was in this facility. This is not a place suited for child development or the ability to thrive and progress milestones. Simply, this facility is a place for basic survival. I do not recommend as there is no proper oversight and accountability from the director and parents concerns are not welcomed but rather excused.

This should be considered a daycare of last resort. If you absolutely must have someone watch your children so you can pay the bills, this place is for you. Be aware however, they will abuse your children. Physically, mentally, in every way they WILL abuse children and think nothing of it. The owner Angie, hates children, her “office manager” Liz is an equally miserable ‘they/them’ ACE hippie who also hates children. Do everything you can before sending your child to this establishment

Nanny's New Beginnings Childcare, LLC Response

      08/01/2023

I would like to start my response with I absolutely do not "hate children". I have been in the business of working with children for 30 years either in childcare facilities, public schools, and even driving a school bus, and continue to do this for the love of children. I and my staff at no time abuse children in any way whatsoever. If there is any abuse happening here it is by this person's child. This child has multiple write ups for aggressive behavior towards other children as well as towards staff. This child has hit, kicked, spit on, and bit or tried to bite other children as well as the staff. We have repeatedly spoken to the parents about this and have received no help from them to correct the issue. Nine times out of ten whenever dad picks up and has to sign a report he laughs while signing it. We have also spoken to mom about concerns over the child's developmental milestones and feel the parents have been unwilling to consider outside resources for help in these milestones. My staff have worked hard with this child and in doing so some of the previous developmental concerns have improved significantly. Many times at drop off by child's older sibling it would always be stated that the child is so excited and happy to be here at school. While getting ready the child talks excitedly about getting to school per the older siblings comments. With the continued aggressive behaviors by the child we were actually on the verge of terminating our contract with them and stopping all future care of the child for the safety of the other children as well as my staff. We are always here for the children due to our overwhelming love of children and wanting to help them succeed in their future. Please know that this childcare facility DOES NOT abuse children. We do nothing but love them as if they were our own.
