This all started when my a/c quit cooling. Called the company I had been dealing with and found out he sold his business to Paradise Home Services. So I had them on the phone so I had them start handing my problem. My a/c had stopped cooling. They came out that afternoon and diagnosed to problem as being the TX Valve. Waited two days for them to receive the valve under warranty. They returned and replaced it, i payed $850 dollar bill March 4th. About a week and half later my a/c is no longer cooling, called Paradise again. They made a service call and said they thought it was a leaking schrader valve. Replaced these valves and filled the system with refrigerant. A week later my a/c quit cooling again. Upon returning they say it was my line set leaking. These are the lines that connect the outside unit to the inside unit. The only leak this system has had was when the A Coil developed a leak several years back. This coil was replaced under warranty. So for several years this system ran without any problems. A day later they replaced this line set, at a cost of 1,928.11 paid 4/19. One week later the a/c is no longer cooling again. Paradise returns and thinks it's one of the King Valves is leaking. The cap that covers the stem of the valve was missing. They said they would need to find one and put it in place. Filled the system with refrigerant got it running again. Returned the next day and put the cap in place with hopes this would resolve the problem. One week later the a/c is no longer cooling. Called Sunday morning around 4 am. Thought I might hear something from them or at least get on their Monday schedule. No return call. Called Monday May 2nd a little after 7am, appointment made for appointment made for around noon. Well now the A Coil is leaking how can this be? A Coil under warranty they want $1,169.60 to make this repair. After a bunch of discussion about the price for this repair we stilled on $500.00 dollars.
