      This company is also selling appliances out of their home on Craigslist and acting like it's their personal appliances that work perfectly. After meeting with her she tells me that she needed a bigger washing machine because her kids overloaded the one I was buying. After getting it home and installed it fills up and begins to flood my laundry room and will not wash. Contacted her and was told that she and her family ran this business and that there were no refunds and that it worked perfectly when it left. Avoid buying anything on Maxwell Lane in Port Richey, Florida.

      The lady that works for the appliance company (dispatcher /operator) never told you that it was her personal appliance and that she owns it with her family. I watched the video surveillance cameras and she had mentioned to your husband that plenty of women over load the washing machines and that was the reason why the shock absorbers were changed. Then you mentioned that the washer machine was for your son. In addition, I saw when she told you that she was going to get help to load it on your truck. You did not wait for her to return and you loaded yourself to the truck by lying it down. That equipment was fixed with no issues when it left the address that was given to you for pick up. If you damage the dryer when it left that address we have no control of it. The lady that works for the appliance company returned your messages and advice that she will send out a tech the following day to see what was the issue and on your text messages it states that you want a refund. We unfortunately do not give out refunds for products that are sold on Craigslist. She did the best intention of trying to send out a technician but you refuse. In the video surveillance cameras, the conversation was only with the gentleman. Everything is on video and the text messages are saved. Now that you took the time to write to BBB stuff that are not true. I request to please do not bother my employee on her cell phone. Location ***** ****** *** ******, ** *****

      Your employee is selling a house hold appliance through her personal cell phone from her personal home. Not once did she ever disclose this was not her own washer. She was very deceiving with the information provided. Obviously the cameras are there ,at her home on her front patio, which we were not aware of and she knew exactly what to "NOT" say. As far as us loading the washer into truck , you said it was not suppose to be on its side. After we texted you that it was not working. Why would you have not mentioned anything when we were there. This is your business right. Oh yeah, duh. That would be bad to help out. You wouldn't be able to send that technician.
      We did NOT deny the technician that was offered. We had simply asked if she would give her word to make this right. Which she would not reply. Also asked who the technician would be. Still never telling us she was an appliance repair company. Also never said she would cover any and all costs.
      As far as not to bother the employee
      On her personal cell, This was what she had provided. I have not "bothered" her just simply trying to get my questions answered. After reading other comments and reviews from other people. This is clearly a scam company. They lie , they are deceitful and taking advantage of people.

      My clothes dryer was not heating up. This company performed a diagnostic and informed me the heating coil was shot, but also said I needed to replace my barrel hinge and gear belt. In total, the diagnostic and parts/labor invoice was $426.79. Days later, unit is making violent thudding noises. Invoice clearly states labor/parts have a 30 day warranty. Company is refusing to honor that warranty.

      Good Afternoon Mr. ***,

      As the dispatcher stated previously to you and also you spoke with a technician. You have a different issue on your dryer. If it is a different issue you do not have labor or part warranty for the first job you had done. The company is not refusing to service you. We had mentioned that if you have another issue in which you do the customer is responsible to pay. FOR EXAMPLE: You take your vehicle to the dealer for an oil change and they say you need a new filter and etc... You come out of the dealer and one week later you have sterling wheel problems. If you take the car to the dealer you have to pay. It is a different issue. We have explain this multiple times and you get frustrated. As I mentioned to your land lord that your first invoice you were charge diagnostic fee and on the day of the repair the diagnostic fee was taken off the total repair cost. The appliance that you have is very old and you can fix couple of things and other components can also go bad. Like we mentioned before to you, we do not have a problem servicing you but since it is a different issue you have to pay for service call and repair. YES LABOR AND PARTS HAVE 30 DAYS WARRANTY IF IT IS THE SAME ISSUE. In your case it is totally different.

      My unit was not making these noises before the repair. You included changing out the barrel hinge and rotating gear belt in the repair. To allude to your example, if I go to get an oil change, and the dealership changes my timing belt, they should be held accountable for any negative effect that changing the belt had on my vehicle.
      How would you even know that this current issue is not a direct result or by product of your "repair"
      In addition, I was not explained anything by you, ever. Every time I call, I am told to leave a message and that someone will get back to me. I found the repairman's business on Facebook, asked him if he repaired dryers, and was subsequently blocked. In addition, the supplier that referred you to repair the unit has blocked me after simply hearing the quality of your work.
      I understand why this business is hidden in the annuals of the search pages. Hopefully your poor craftsmanship and subpar work ethics puts you out of bussiness before your cancerous practices can spread to other customers

      I found another repair service that was rated very highly online. It took them less than an hour to repair whatever errors your repair had. He said it was loose and incorrectly installed screws and an improperly installed barrel hinge. The same part your repairman installed. Your company should be ashamed of itself. It turned out that your repair really did cause the next issue.

      This business was listed as an authorized LG refrigerator repair center who was assigned my warranty parts and labor repair authorization. They came out when they said they would but charged me $600 for the labor to repair, in spite of being reimbursed by LG for the warranty repair. Additionally, they did not do a proper repair job. this was on July 8, 2021. On Aug 26, LG sent a factory tech out to fix the shoddy repair job which didnt work. The tech told me the compressor was replaced, but failed again because AC Heating Service Olaf did not also replace the condensor and the system was contaminated. He stated prisoners learn that in AC classes, and this company should have known better. I have requested a refund of the 600 I paid, since they ALSO were paid by LG for this work, and they have not responded. Buyer beware, these people prey on older people who are feeling helpless as they have lost a lot of food 2 times now. Their predatory practices should be cause for revocation of their licenses.

      Mr. ******* called AC & Heating Olaf Service Inc for his refrigerator repair. They advise Mr. ******* that if it was going to be under warranty he had to be on the waiting list like everyone else. The waiting list was two weeks. Mr. ******* did not want to wait for the warranty team and instead he wanted a quicker service paying the labor of $521 to get the job done. Mr. ******* agreed on paying upfront and wanted service as quickly as possible. IF MR. ******* AGREED AND PAID FOR SERVICE THAT MEANS THAT THE REPAIR WAS DONE PROPERLY. If he would had patience he would not have to pay nothing because he was under warranty. When Mr. ******* called after a month of the repair was done he mentioned that his refrigerator had a cooling issue again. AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE INC told Mr. ******* there next available appointment in that area and again Mr. ******* could not wait and called LG and was able to get another service provider sooner. In life, you need to be patient. AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE INC is here to help out everyone but if you want business sooner than expected you have to pay. Reminder everyone is equal and should be treated the same. LG is not responsible if the customer wants to pay service provider for sooner appointment that is not under there control. LG does not reimburse customers for wanting to have 1-2-3 service. Customers have appointments and we are all equal. Mr. ******* is very rude and constantly sending messages and emails to AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE INC. He is harassing the company and giving negative reviews that are not true. AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE Has been in business for years and we strive to help our customers.

      LG provided warranty re-imbursement to AC Heating under RNN 210708088171 This was for parts and labor. AC Heating and OLAF informed me I would have to pay them or wait until LG would send their tech 2 days later and they would reimburse me the cost if LG actually paid them for the warranty work as an authorized repair center. LG did pay them,. they did not respond when I requested the promised reimbursement. They were paid by BOTH ME and LG.. Addidionally, their work failed because they neglected to follow the LG warranty practice of replacing the condensor and compressor, and LG once again issued a RNN number where the LG technician came and correctly repaired the refrigerator. The technician was disgusted with what he saw from a quality standpoint of the workmanship and stated because it wasnt done correctly, it contaminated the system causing the compressor installed by ALex of AC heating olaf to fail.
      Yes, I had a choice to have AC OLAF come 2 days earlier than LG the first time, but I would have to pay them a total of $600 UNTIL LG would pay them for this repair, thus insuring they would get paid, and then they would refund me. That hasnt happened. Instead, they got $300 from LG I understand, and $600 from me for a warranty repair, plus new parts from LG.
      In what world is this honest?

      Mr. ******* paid $521. AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE INC was not paid $300 by LG. I do not know where Mr. ******* is getting the information from. Mr. ******* paid a check in the amount of $521.00 for requesting to have quick service and did not want to wait to be on the waiting list for warranty. The compressor, drier filter, and other materials were used for seal system. The system does not get contaminated after seal system has been done after a month. All parts were used on Mr. ******* Seal System Repair. Please have Mr. ******* stop harassing AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE INC.

      Per LG, they submitted the RNN for the 300$ warranty labor reimbursement. Per LG, they did not replace the condenser as required for a proper repair. Per LG, this is why their repair failed within one month, and why LG had to re repair this. I paid $79 for someone to come and tell me it's broke (yep knew that + 521$ to have it improperly repaired. Not harassing, just stating facts.

      Mr. ******* the original cost of the repair was $600 - $79.00 you paid for diagnostic = $521.00. Per LG and yourself, AC & HEATING OLAF SERVICE INC was not paid $300. Per yourself Mr. ******** Condenser is not suppose to be replace on a seal system if it does not have a manufacture defect.       Per LG, you have submitted this warranty claim for reimbursement and per your own admission, have been paid by me. Your work didnt fix the issue for more than 3 weeks, and you would not return unless LG called you again to do another warranty claim. Unfortunately, I had to use LG to resolve this issue correctly as AC Heating and Olaf failed to get it fixed correctly the first time. I hope going forward your place your customers benevolence in a higher priority so that your business may succeed.
