I was contacted by Floridaisy for a repair to my dryer and they came to me through ThumbTack. They came out and made the service call and identified the issue and told me they needed to order a part. They had me pay for the part and labor upfront on 6/29/22 for $256.02, they then told me via text and call after I followed up that there was a delay in the part and we exchanged several texts in the weeks that followed with their last response on 7/26 stating they got a shipping notice and expected the part in **** days. I have not heard from nor been able to contact them since that correspondence on 7/26 as they never answer their phone and the voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message and they are no longer responding to texts. At this point I am assuming they just stole my money and have no plans on coming to repair my appliance. They have now had my funds since 6/29 and have rendered no further service and delivered no part that I paid for so I would like my money back.
