    I purchased an ***************** Toothbrush on December 28, 2022 for $49.99. I was told that they were on backorder but they would call me as soon as it came in. I waited almost 2 months and called on 2-22-23 and they apologized for not calling to let me know it was in. I went that day to pick up the toothbrush. I noticed that the toothbrush given to me was not the one I ordered. I was told the manufacturer does not make the one I ordered anymore and was replaced with this version. Since it was a much cheaper version, I asked for a refund. A refund was issued by ***** that day, for the full amount of $49.99. She said the refund should take about 3 weeks to post back to my bank account. After waiting a month without receiving the refund, I contacted the billing department. This time I was told that there was miscommunication between billing and corporate and that they issued a new refund on March 9th by check. After waiting another 6 weeks, my refund has still not been received.It is now 4/20 and they sent me another message that there has been another miscommunication and that another refund has been issued Below is communication Hello ********,We are sorry to hear you are frustrated, however we do understand as to why. We took a look into your account here, and per our refunds team the check was issued on 3/9/2023 however that does not mean that is the day it was mailed out. With that being said it is not coming from our office it is coming from ******** as that is where our refunds team is. Your check should be arriving this week. Thank you for your patients,************************** Please send me their contact information. Thank you Sadly we do not have a contact to give you, we submit our refunds to them threw our portal. However, we will submit an inquiry on your behalf to find out what the delay is. Hello ********,We finally received an answer from them and explained your situation. They are going to mail you a new check and it will go out on friday.
