2 of the charges occurred w/i the last 12 months, 8.11.22 and 9.11.22, and another charge involves a portion of an annual membership charged on 11.28.21. The 8.11.22 and 9.11.22 charges of $89 each were monthly membership fees charged on a closed account. The ******** charge of $999 was legitimate but I paused the membership with a manager who was then fired and the owners didn't honor the pause. During the pause, I hurt my foot, then my doctor told me to do other exercises instead so I tried to cancel the remaining 2/3 portion of my membership. No one at the business responded about the 11.28.21 charge and my attempt to pause then cancel my membership so I don't have answers from the emails I sent. For all the charges, I was unable to reach anyone via phone or email, receiving no responses. 1 month ago, the manager agreed the charges weren't legitimate and should be removed. She explained that the prior owners were having financial problems, had left the business and the client database was frozen so she could not refund the charges to me. She also said new owners have taken over but they aren't involved and gave me the phone numbers of another owner and the corporate office and told me they would have to refund the charges for me. I have left messages but no one is returning my messages; the calls go straight to voice mail. The phone #s are: Corporate/owner ************ Cyclebar HQ ************ My credit card company requires additional documentation from this business that the charges will be refunded but I can't reach anyone to get this confirmation despite several months trying. In total, I am requesting a refund of $844 for the 3 charges.
