      On January 25,2023 I purchased some trees and plants from landscape creations. They were delivered and installed on February 1,2023. On the day of delivery a few of the trees did not look so well. I addressed this to the owner ***** and the installers. I was told to water the trees and plants every other day. I contacted the owner ***** on February 6-8 with no response to let him know about the trees not improving they were turning brown and leaning over. I went to the place of business on the 8th as I did not hear back and spoke with his daughter. She told me to send the pictures of the trees to them. I then waited a couple more days and reached out to the owner again. He told me to send him pictures as I already have. He sent me a message that he would get back to me in a couple more days. So finally he gets back to me and says he can stop by to take a look at them. He came to my house said how horrible they all looked and offered to replace the cheapest tree. I went to the business to pick out a couple trees that equals the amount of the tree I purchased. He was very friendly in front of the other customers. Later that day he sent me a message that he will only replace with one tree that was half the value of the one I originally purchased. He never replaced the others and avoided me for months I then did a charge back on my card to get their attention and sure enough they then. Reached out. They never tried to help with replacing the trees blamed me for lack of water to get out of the tree guarantee for replacement.

      To whom this may concern,
      ****** and *************************** visited our nursery located at **************************************************************************************** on 01/13/23 during this visit they purchased several trees and palms which were to be installed by Landscape Creations. As part of our protocol, the items purchased are to be tagged by a member of the staff at Landscape Creations as well as the homeowner.This ensures the customer is happy with the quality of what they will be receiving. During the next several days, the ******** residence made numerous trips to our garden center and made revisions to their purchase. These revisions resulted in a balance due. Directly after installation on 1/26/23 the ******** residence came to our garden center to pay the balance and expressed the work was completed to their satisfaction. In the midst of this, *************************** had expressed her interest in the company and had applied for a position at Landscape Creations. On Friday, 02/10/23 ***** had texted ***** letting her know we had hired for the position and thanked her for her interest in our company. Shortly after, she responded that some of the plants Landscape Creations had installed were ******** and dying. ***** responded asking for pictures and offered to visit their home to take a look as soon as the next day, or latest, by Tuesday 02/14/23. By looking at the pictures sent over by the homeowner,***** observed that the plants looked severally dried out and recommended to water them heavily everyday until he is able to visit their home. ***** texted the homeowner Tuesday 02/14/23 to let them know he had his ******* out sick and would be over the following day.Upon his arrival, he observed dry soil and wilted plants, which leads us to the conclusion the homeowner was not providing enough water to the plants. Verbal and written instructions were provided to the ******** residence. These instructions were as follows: water every day with enough volume to maintain a moist soil condition. At the time of purchase, the ******** residence signed our guarantee thatstates homeowner isto maintain a moist soil condition.


      ***please note Landscape Creations also planted a few plants the ******** residence purchased elsewhere which also suffered the same severe lack of water like the material purchased at our garden center***
      ***** re-inspected the property on 5/18/23 and found all the plants to be recovering from severe under watering except the two trees in the front yard which were still extremely dry.


      Resolution: To appease the ******** residence, we agreed to replace the Areca Palm with a Majesty Palm(picked out by homeowner), trim browned branches and adjust one Foxtail palm to help with water retention. This agreement was made on 02/27/23, signed off on via text by the homeowner and scheduled to be done on 03/06/23.
      Now, months later, the homeowner is trying to renege what was originally agreed to. Aside from being out of warranty due to severe lack of water our guarantee also states all guarantees are null and void if your account has not been paid in full. As of late March Landscape Creations was notified the Cloutmans back charged $1,000.00.


      As a family owned and operated business of forty-two years we take pride in our company and strive to provide the best service possible. We believe we have gone above and beyond what our guarantee states as our responsibility as Landscape Creations. Thank you for your time, consideration and ability to respond.
