We moved in on May *******. We love it here. Really good people who watch out for everyone. **** takes good care of our yard. Thank you. I havent met ***** yet but I would like to. Everyone that we met so far are really nice. Love our trailer that my step children found for us. Thank everyone for being such good friendsReview from Denise D

STAY AWAY FROM CARRIBBEAN ESTATES!! I had this 60+-year-old **** ******* **** ***** ***** threaten to "get me"! He posed as if he had a gun on his hip! He screamed, "YOU don't belong here!", and said he would get me because he "...knows where I DO belong!" He was literally crazed because I was looking at a deer...yes, a sweet, beautiful deer, by his old man ghetto trailer! I thought he would shoot to kill. Seriously! Save yourself! PLEASE! Just stay away from this guy. He is apparently not well-wrapped. Police know him and are afraid to confront him. The police officer said that these "people" knew the owner and that it's okay to threaten people. REALLY? Please be safe, just don't go there. For reference, I am a 67-year-old woman who was visiting my 70-year-old sister-in-law who is disabled. Not much of a danger to society.Review from Wendy P

This mobile home park is a 55+ community.
For the past 2 + years residence in this park have been harassed and tormented to the point the elderly here are afraid.....
This management has done everything they can do to take away from the residences excluding there aminities to use... That has been for more than 2 years.... We are paying our rent and getting nothing for the $640.00 per month. Russ R. the manager has threatened many home owners in this park....
The office manager Kathie D. is just as bad as the manager....
The park owner hasn't been seen in 2 1/2 years.... We wonder if he is still around, or has become an absentee owner.
The park owner Gene K. has upped our rent from 640.00 to 700.00 a month start January 1st, 2022.
He is the highest in this county and way higher for the normal lot rent for this area....
The HOA lawyer sent a letter to Gene's attorney. Asking to meet with the HOA over the increase of rent when we haven't had our aminities to use for 2 + years..... Most of us can't afford this high increase, we are on a fixed income... this increase will be $100 more over a 1 year period from 2021 to 2022...
The residences of this park are in need of good advise and truthfully some help.
How we are being treated is with retaliation, elderly abuse and nothing but lies from the management.....
What's next? is our question on a daily basis....here.....
