I was supposed to win the item. I go to my checking account and see 2 charges from them. One of them was a membership. I did not ask for that. I blocked them immediately.

I was contacted via telephone by a representative of Gadget Dashcam and offered a Dashcam for the amount of $6.95 to cover shipping and handling. I made the payment and I never received the product. There's really no excuse for the company to either return the money/product. They gave me an order ************** number but I can only assume those too are fake. I called the number many times and it goes to a busy signal. On 11/22/2021, I did a survey. Once the survey was done, there were offers. One was a free dashcam, you only had to pay the shipping cost. I paid the $6.95. There was no notification I would be signing up for a service, also. On 1/13/3022, I was billed $74.33 with and outstanding balance of $194.51. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. My bank is going to investigate the matter. I called the number the bank gave me and spoke to a service rep named Marcus, who is working from home in California. He informed me that when I order the item, I had signed up for the dashcam service, too, which I had 10 days to cancel. None of this information was provided so I requested the service be cancelled and th billing stopped. Marcus talked to his supervisor and at first I was offered a 25% refund, when I said I wanted the service totally cancelled, I was then offered a 50% refund. I said I wanted the service cancelled because I did not sign up for it. Marcus again spoke to his supervisor and informed me it could not be cancelled and I had signed up for the service. I asked him for the company he worked for and he said he represented several companies. I again asked for the company name and address for CentrePerfectGadge but he could not provide it. I then informed him I would be putting in a complaint to the FTC, DOJ, BBB and CA States Attorney Office. This is a survey/advertising scam and needs to be stopped. No notification is provided you are signing up for a service when order the dashcam.

On Dec 3rd I completed an on line survey via email contact. In return for the survey I was to receive a gift and pay only the shipping. The co. did ship the item (dashcam) but charged me the full price of the item, $89.99. I contacted them and was told I needed to return the item to get a refund toward my credit card, in stead of them issueing credit for the over charged amount. I tried to return the item to the address they give me and it was going to cost me over $19. I can't afford to pay the return cost for this item. I've asked them multiple times via email for a free return shipping label but they will not send me one. They are saying to return the item to a PO BOX but the cost is outrageous to ship it and I don't trust them to refund this expense or credit me for the return. Especially now that I see several of the same complaints filed. What can I do to get this off my card and refunded to the cost to return it?

Total scam, beware! This company solicited an order from for a product for 9.95, which I don't have as I didn't accept delivery as I found out prior that it was not legit. Oct 19 I was billed for 9.95, still no product and on Nov 3rd was billed 59.95 which is the scam portion, based on others experiences with this company that i read about, they continue billing this amount until customer somehow stops it, I finally got through to a real person on the phone today and was rudely informed that it's my fault for ordering and they never give refunds without a secret code she would need to give me, but wouldn't because it's my fault for ordering. Please put another black mark on this company from me. **** * These are the customer service numbers I used for this company 888-471-9635 & 888-315-1305

I'm not sure of the exact date that I took the survey, but believe it was in September 2021. It was a Amazon survey supposedly. I took the survey and was redirected to a page where I paid $6.95 for shipping. In October of 2021 I had a charge of $49.95 on my bank statement that said HealthCo.I do have medical bills and believed that was a medical charge. In November I again had a $49.95 charge, I got suspicious so I called the phone number, talked to a man that couldn't speak English well, I explained what I was calling about, told him, I understood this was not his fault, he just was doing his job. He offered to give me a refund of $20.00, I explained that it was not acceptable, I wanted all of my money returned, he again told me, he wasn't able to do that. I asked him to send me a readable file to my email so I could see what the company he worked for did. He agreed he would do that and I would get the $20. Refund within a few days. No refund and no file has been sent to me.
