      In June 2023 I was told to get tests from Quest as part of my treatment. Quest is unable to bill the insurance properly because of the way it was coded by the doctor. They have resent the information to the doctor a number of times via fax and **** and they have not resolved the issue. I confirmed with my insurance that they will cover the tests. The issue is due to the way the request and submission to the insurance were done. Quest and Max Health are not resolving the issue to get the billing done correctly. Max Health ************** told me to call the billing department. The billing department of Max Health tells me to call the doctors office. I'm stuck in the middle.

      6 bottles of hemp gummies arrived today. They hVe not been authorized or ordered by myself or my husband. When we called . They indicated that he ordered this on August 27th . We asked for a return address to refund this . They hung up on us I called back and they said that they charged us 281 dollars but would most fully refund as we would be charged a restocking fee of 24 dollars. She said we would get 181 back When I questioned why they are keeping 90 dollars. She said they don't refund taxes. I said ypu cannot retain taxes for a product you are refunding and re selling. She said they are following ******** laws. They have charged our credit card without authorization and will not refund

      May 19/22: saw an ad purportedly from David Suzuki about CBD gummies being good for arthritis pain. I have CBD cream and it IS good for reducing pain when rubbed on the part that hurts. So I ordered some CBD gummies from a link in that David Suzuki article (which I now realize was fake). I expected a charge under $30CDN. So I got a charge of $26 on my VISA card. BUT immediately afterwards, I got a charge of over $350 from a company calling itself CLOUDREVOLUTIONFITNESS. My eyes passed over it as I currently go to a gym called evolution fitness and I expected a charge from them. Then, on June 6, there was a charge from CLOUDBRUTEENDURANCE for $198.23, that's when I noticed the earlier charge. Both companies appear to have a Utah registration and both of them are making unauthorized charges to my visa. This morning another charge fromCLOUDREVOLUTIONFITNESS for $331.97. I contacted my bank hoping they could put a stop to this. They said to contact the company. The company is unreachable! I've frozen my visa account but the last one got in just under the wire it seems. I'll try to get the last charge removed. This is insane. Can you shut these monsters down? My options are limited as they are a US company and I am in Canada. I will forward a copy of this letter to the FBI and hope that puts somebody in jail. I can't afford this.

      Hello, My complaint is similar to many others you have dealt with. I ordered gummies from Max Health Inc on May 3. I thought I was getting one container but like the others I got six plus hemp oil and wrinkle cream which I did not order. supposedly David S***** endorsed their products, but I discovered this was a scam. I was billed $366.17 by Rocket Simple Whole. Then another 23.79 to Brighter Earth cmplete. Yesterday I received an email from Max Health saying they had cahrged me for another wrinkle cream this time $130.02 to Stunning Superior Body. I have emailed several times to their customer service email address, but they never reply. Unfortunately Iam severely hearing impaires so cannot, phone them. No bill or staement in the package when it arrived, just a small certificate of analysis.

      A company called Max Health charged me over 300$ when it was supposed to charge me 39.99. The phone number that is listed by them and you is fake. I don't have an invoice.

      Feb 22,2022 I ordered some CBD gummies from Max Healthy Products. When I immediately got my order confirmation by email and realized that I had mistook the total cost , I called ( about an hour later) and cancelled the order to which I got a confirmation number in an email for the cancellation. I waited for my Mastercard refund - the shipping costs were refunded that same day on my MC but not the order amount .Since that date I have called x 5 to check on my refund. By Mar 11, I was told they couldn't refund to MC and that they would send a cheque and to wait 2 -4 weeks. Now it is 6 weeks from that conversation and when I called today April 22 they told me it is "pending" and is with the billing dept. I was to wait another 2-4 weeks !! I have sent 2 emails to their email address with no reply as well. I have made a transaction dispute with my credit card company with no resolve there. I am wanting my refund of over $300 Cdn and also for this company to be shut down!

      I ordered what I thought was 1 bottle of CBD gummies at 39.95. The email I received stated charges were for 6 bottles plus 2 "free" samples which I was paying 7.95 each for shipping for a total of 299.77 USD. My credit card was charged $352.78 initially and a second charge of $22.92 was charged soon after. Less than 4 hours after making the order, I emailed them to cancel it since I had received no confirmation that the order had been shipped (as was promised in confirmation email). After 4 phone calls, I am told that the order has been sent for processing, is not yet shipped, but cannot be cancelled and cannot be sent back for reimbursement upon receipt of goods. I was told that "you are stuck with it".

      I ordered some CBD Gummies on March 21st. It said it was a Celine Dion endorsed gummy. It didn't say about any reoccurring charges. It said $39.99. They sent 6 jars of gummy's and they say they do not contain CBD. The packaging wasn't what it was supposed to be. My CC was charged multiple times. $316.85, $16.69, $116.36. The products didn't come with a bill, but they just charged all these charges on my CC. I called the number on the bottle and they made up some excuse that it was the correct product but they had to change the packaging so customs would let it through. They wouldn't return my money. This company needs to be shut down.

      I applied for a free trial of gummies. I UNselected the box (removed X in box for shipping charges). I assumed a trial sample was a marketing tool to prove the product in order to grow sales by purchases of future products. My bank account was charged US $239.32 (my account is Canadian - TOTAL $ 314.57) BEFORE the shipment was processed. I have email message proof of this. After hours of waiting on the telephone, I was told the product was shipped - this is a lie. The person was both rude and aggressive in their questioning and language. I was told by this person to wait for the shipment to arrive - open the package and try it, before I continued to return said product. I knew for certain the product had not been shipped. When I contacted my bank, I was told to wait until the product was shipped - ( it wasn't as yet) to request a refund and close the account. Prior to this, I made an email request to this company, via a reply to the email that stated clearly that the product had not been shipped, to cancel both the order and close the account. There has been no reply to this email and nothing but lies from customer service telephone employee. This is a scam - criminal - and needs to be reported to authorities!

      I continue to receive and get billed for a product i only ordered once. I want to stop them from using my Visa card and stop sending the CBD oil and cream. I am unable to contact them and have sent emails with my request but it keeps happening ,I believe on 4-5 occasions. Short of cancelling my Visa card I don't know what to do.
