This review was the first step suggested by the Better Business Bureau. My wife used Roman Plumbing's services to fix the toilet's shut-off valve that had broke as I was on my way out the door to work. I told her that as the plumber was already coming out, to also have them fix the fill valve which was also beginning to cause trouble. Never in a million years did I expect her to tell me the bill came to $691.00. Parts cost less than $100.00 and about two hours labor involved. The shut-off valve needed to be addressed immediately as it was dripping water. The fill valve was something I could have handled myself. A comparable toilet new costs $169.00. That was never even offered as a solution. I believe this company took advantage of my wife's ignorance as to what it should cost to fix a toilet. Many knowledgeable people agree this job shouldn't have cost more than $400.00.Review from Wanda C

Was having a new dishwasher installed but needed a new Shutoff Valve installed by a plumber. Called Roman Plumbing and they quickly came out the same day. Nick and Frankie were so professional, called when on their way, explained everything to me, and installed a new shutoff valve. They checked the rest of the plumbing in the house too. They did an excellent job! Recommend highly!

Joey and Nick with Roman Plumbing responded quickly to my request for a shower/sink re-pipe for one of my renovations. They arrived on time and even provided a "heads-up" phone call 20 mins before arriving. They assessed my situation and offered me several options. They provided an estimate prior to beginning work and they completed the job(s) quickly and cleanly. This is the third house that I have relied upon Roman Plumbing for help and they have yet to disappoint.👠I highly recommend Roman Plumbing to anyone needing speedy and professional plumbing work done. Thank you very much!!
