Since moving in I have had NO working air conditioning for months,leaking water from my walls, floorboards, ceilings, a LIGHTBULB from the neighbors upstairs, I have had a dog try to attack me and my emotional support animal. My neighbors tub cracked and water formed as a bubble in my ceiling that STILL hasnt been repaired. I had to wait from November to I believe July for a kickplate for my kitchen that I asked for when I first moved in in November. The office is rude, property manager does not care about anything. I have asked for the OWNERS contact info for awhile and they refuse to give it to me. From what I have heard from other tenants who hate living here, the OWNERs motto is "As long as I get my money, I dont care". They expect you to pay rent when you have a non working air conditioning unit and maintence issues every month. They target us because I refuse to pay my rent until my issues are fixed because I PAY FOR AN APARTMENT WITH AIR CONDITIONING. This place is so NASTY and I guarantee I have mold in my apartment from all the leaks I have had in the past ********************************************************************************************* your window to keep the sun out because they refuse to fix the air because it "ruins the aesthetic" of the complex. NEWS FLASH, this place is NOT great. Sure it may have a gate thats broken every other week but this place is TRASH. And this place sure isnt worth over $1500. They literally just painted over imperfections, my door doesnt even close all the way so my dogs can get out unless I keep the door locked at all times, there is always dog ***** all over the complex because they refuse to put cameras up and watch for people not picking up their animals ***** yet instead send the tenants emails to keep an eye out for people and snitch on them. DO YALLS JOBS!!! Thats not my responsibility! GET CAMERAS!!! Also your car WILL get broken into here, happens every other week. ANOTHER reason they should have cameras
