      The payment was sent to a customer via Venmo right after it was confirmed by a customer. However it was not accepted on the customers side for some reason and days later was returned back to us. Then customer sent the payment request and we successfully paid the customer. I do not see any problem or any type of fault from our end.

      The laptop was received on the weekend. We inspected on Monday, Contacted the buyer with additional issues and updated amount. Not sure what was the reason of opening the BBB complaint, since everything is within timeframe.

      I foud a business who buys unused older laptops. I contacted them with my laptop info and was given an offer to buy of $40 (see email attached). I contacted them company several days later asking when a check should arrive. I was told the check was sent 10/14/2022. It is now 11/8/2022. I have not received a check and I cannot get a response from the company.

      I created a quote to sell my HP laptop to the following company/business entity. I received an email as a confirmation to my quote and a label for FedEx to send the item to the location to be evaluated and then receive payment. I have tried multiple times since I shipped the item to contact the company to verify retrieval and next steps to receive payment. nobody responds to my emails or calls. please assist me in getting paid for my item that I sent to the following business as I am entitled to it.

      I sent "************" my MSI GF76 gaming laptop and was promised by the website $770 in exchange for it. After waiting over 10 days with my phone calls unanswered and no replies from my emails, I don't know what else to do but bring my issue up to the BBB. I would just like to be paid for my laptop and finally put my worries of being stolen from to bed. Attached is the shipping label Givin to me for shipment of my laptop

      I got quotes for two laptops and I sent them in using UPS. The first red flag that I had an issue with was they said my shipping would be free however, I had to pay $30 per laptop that I sent in in with UPS. Now they have received my laptops and I have gotten no communication from them at all since then. I have reached out by phone and email, no response or payments made.

      I was given a quote to sell my laptop for $33. I shipped my laptop and it was delivered 1week ago on the 18th of April. I have since then not been paid. The website clearly states that payments will be made in 1-2 days.
