      Paid, in full, $1800 for a catering agreement scheduled for Saturday, August 26. Received a text message that morning informing me they would not be able to provide the services I had already paid for, and no one would be coming. Since then I have tried through text and email to have my money returned and each time I have been lied to and ignored. This person took $1800 of my money to perform a service which they did not do. I believe, now, they never had any intention of providing the service and it was simply a scam. I have records of all conversations, dates, times and interactions with this person should it be required.

      On July 16, 2022 I received a text message from *************************************** stating that she obtained my contact information through the online lead system Bark. She offered me her catering and dessert bar services and provided a quote for $4000 and I agreed to hire her company for my daughter's sweet 15 celebration (12-18-22). On 7/25 she insisted that I made the deposit payment to her partner ***************************** through zelle. On 7/26 I made a $1000 deposit to her account and electronically signed the contract. On 8/20, I contacted ********* to confirm the due date for the second deposit payment, and I also requested a food sampling meeting and she agreed to schedule one for 9/24. On 9/9, I made a second payment of $1000 to the same zelle account and confirmed that it was received. On 9/24, I contacted her to confirm the details of our meeting that day and she replied stating that the kitchen she used for catering was closed for the weekend due to water issues and wanted to reschedule a food drop off for the following Wednesday. I agreed to reschedule, however I also asked what would happen if she didn't have a reliable kitchen for the day of the event. She replied explaining that they were installing new equipment and that she would get a backup kitchen. From October 5th to October 31st,I made multiple attempts to contact them for the food sampling promised and there was no reply.On November 1st, I made an attempt to contact them through their social media accounts and they replied stating that they had been trying to contact me and had REFUNDED me the deposit payment which was false and therefore they deleted the message later, thankfully I have a screenshot of their response. On that same day, I missed 2 calls from their new number and replied with a text stating that I just needed my refund or proof that they had refunded me the money as they claimed and requested to end the agreement. In conclusion, they never provided my refund, refund proof or the services promised.

      We apologize for any miscommunication. We refunded you the day you received that call from the other work number. I have bank statements and the screenshot of my form of the refund. I will need some time to gather information as this is the first I am hearing about this.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I received a message from the business and when I tried reject or accept the message an error screen appears. Please make a note on my complaint that as of today (3/27/23) there has been NO REFUND made. The business is stating that they made it months ago however they are not providing any proof that the refund was received, I have bank statements to show that their refund was never made. THANK YOU!

      We hired savage spirits and sweets to cater our wedding 7/19/22 for our wedding 1/28/23, the company accepted multiple payments that added up to over $1500 and would always respond when I sent a payment but any time I would ask for information on our wedding I would not hear anything back. After getting very discouraged I told them if they didnt have time to answer me or deal with my wedding maybe we should consider refunding and move on the owner and her girlfriend wrote back and told me I was rude and many other comments and then refused to do the wedding. They did give me $600 back after multiple attempts but now will not respond at all for the other $960 they owe us. They blocked me on every avenue and are refusing to pay me the money they owe me. I will be going to small claims court this week but wanted to save others the heart ache and money because they dont fulfil their obligations. I cant get Any response what so ever from any of them

      I booked with this company for wedding catering services. Our contract was signed on 5/18/22 and stated wedding catering services would be provided for my wedding on 9/10/22. On the day of contract signing, I paid 50% deposit of $1050 via VENMO. On 10/10/22 - I paid the remaining balance of $1050 for a total of $2100 paid in full. On Thursday 9/8/22 - as I landed in FL for my upcoming wedding - I received a text from the owner, *********, explaining she was admitted into the hospital for a medical emergency but that her business partner, ******* was working on finding a replacement chef. On Friday, ********* texted again saying it wasn't looking good but that they were still waiting to hear from some options. I never did get the courtesy "we have to cancel" message. Instead I was frantically calling caterers in an area I was unfamiliar with, a DAY before my wedding trying to find a replacement. I ended up finding a caterer at 530pm Friday night (the ***** before my wedding). I texted ********* giving her a chance to make this right by either paying the bull balance of the new caterer (which was ~$600 more) or at the very least, refunding us. I was left without a response. We ended up having to pay for the new caterer via credit card. I didn't receive a text back until Tuesday, 3 days after my wedding. This time it was from *********'s phone but it was supposedly ****** explaining that ********* was in a medically induced coma and that there were complications from surgery. They truly made us feel bad and pray for her wellness. From that day forward it has been one excuse or another with regards to refunding us. We still have yet to receive ANY money back. I had my bestfriend complete a catering inquiry on their site who spoke to both ********* and ****** at the time I was told ********* was in a coma. This business is FRADULENT. They are stealing people's money and ripping people off.

      I HIRED SAVAGE SPIRITS AND SWEETS CATERING FOR MY EVENT ON JUNE 26, FOR ***** AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DIDN'T FINISH SETTING UP NOR DID THEY STAY TO SERVE MY GUEST, THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND NOT ENOUGH AND A STORE BROUGHT CAKE, AFTER ENDLESS CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES THEY WERE TO REFUND MY MONEY, NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I CAN NOT RECEIVE A REFUND BECAUSE I WROTE A BAD REVIEW

      Hello,

      We had seen a recent refund request put through our Contact Us form on our website. We had explained to her daughter why we will not be able to issue a refund at this time, due to the client being imprisoned.

      Due to the defamation of our character and our business across all social media platforms, the harassment of our previous clients through comments, the degradation across all social media platforms, the profanity used in these comments, and the discrimination against our sexuality and attire, which are all shown above, we have decided that we will not be issuing a refund and this behavior voids any contract that we have had, as stated in the contract. Therefore, a refund is not necessary.

      We did give the option of taking down the comments on our previous clients posts/reviews (one of those comments is shown above) and we would have issued a refund. But we were informed of this clients incarceration directly following the completion of the job, which solidified the void of contractual agreement.
