Thank you for contacting us and providing us with the opportunity to settle any misunderstandings. Hopefully, this information can alleviate some of the confusion that is leading to this complaint.
We do show an email was sent in to us, just asking us to cancel. There was no refund request in the email. The account was canceled that same day. We did not advise to click on a link on our site, the only request was to cancel the account. I have attached a screenshot of the emails.
