I paid $16,000 for a new roof and got a new repaired roof there was 2 shingles ripped and after many calls that was repaired they also did a flat roof with ppo/rubber roof which had 4 big blisters in it and after many more calls they told me a ppo roof sometimes gets these blisters which still are not fixed they also put a hole in my gutters and said they didnt do it still not fixed

We did a roof for ****************. Yes in the heat of the day 2 shingles were accidently ripped when we were reroofing. We came back out and repaired those shingles. The roof passed inspection by a county inspector it is NOT uncommon to have some waves in TPO like I said it passed final inspection and the permit is closed. My estimator told me that the hole was in the gutter originally it's where the homeowner had a spike. The homeowner *************** told me that his gutters needed to be replaced anyway. So *************** I'll have one of my guys out to either caulk the old gutter for you or put a piece of aluminum flashing on it.

Sincerely,Im not worried about the gutters the bubble in the ppo is 3-4 feet long 2 inches high and 4-6 inches wide Im going to get new gutters downspout with leaf guards next year I want the ppo fixed
