This company did a great job on our roof. They were in and out in 12 hours and did a great job cleaning up. The first time it rained, the stove vent leaked. I called ******* and he sent someone out to replace it immediately. It was nice to know that when there was a problem, it wasnt a problem. I highly recommend them.Review from Melissa F

I had a full reroof done in 2020 on my home all I would like to say is this company rocks and they stand behind their work with the storm last night took my chimney cap off they had it fixed before I could get home from work today They have gone above and beyond for me and Im very grateful!Thank you so much ??Review from Michael F

New roof was installed in June 2021. I contacted Michael V. when my wife noticed some shingles looked as if a spine was developing in the center front of my roof.
He said my roof would flatten out in a few weeks. I contacted him again and he said he would come out and look at it.
On August 3rd, I had 2 appaisers come out for an insurance claim, and they both acknowledged that the shingles were bowing out and looked unsightly.
I contacted Mr. V. again with no response.
I would like my roof repaired.Review from Pat A

We couldn't be happier! Working with Ron G. was a pleasure. Everything happened as he said it would. The installers worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew what there job was. Cleanup was much better than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend Veteran Owned Roofing. Thank you!

Not hired, due to not honoring my appointment, and unprofessional attitude.
I saw them doing a job on my street, so I made an appointment online, for the next day at 3:10pm.
Ron called me 3.5 hours before my appointment, acting like I didn't have a time already scheduled. He wanted to come at 12:30pm, but I had another roofer scheduled. Said I would text when that contractor left. I did, at 1:34pm. At 2:43pm, I hadn't heard from him yet, so I texted and asked when he was coming. He said around 4, if that's ok. I said no, that's too late (becauseI had another contractor coming at 4:15pm). He wanted to come out the next day, but I said not to worry about it (because I have to work), which is why I scheduled a specific day/time in the first place. Ron's very professional response... "Fine."
If you aren't going to honor your online appointments, don't offer them. We are busy too.Veteran Owned Roofing Response

So sorry you feel like we deserve a one star review.. (Just to be clear this 1 star review is for trying to reschedule an appointment not for quality of work. No work was done on this reviewers home whatsoever)
We do the best we can to fulfill the appointment times that are scheduled on our website, these appointments are always scheduled in one hour increments.. . Occasionally however those times have to be modified, Due to factors of the day such as illness,(estimators calling in sick) shortness of staff. appointments that run longer than expected and traffic.
Ron tried to accommodate you by your own admission twice that day. He would have waited in his vehicle if you had another estimator from another company that you were meeting with. it's something that we deal with everyday as most people are getting more than one estimate typically.. We understand that you're busy and we appreciate you considering Veteran Owned Roofing in the first place.
