            Since zero stars is not an option, I will select one we came to ******************* with our family and stayed at the ********, directly across the street from the location in ***********. We gave each of our boys $20 to purchase a gift for each other and one of our boys thought it would be funny to purchase a gift of onesies for eight-year-old so about 10 minutes later once we realized it wasnt so funny and got back to our hotel room, We went back over to see if we could just exchange it for something else and we were told that we were only allowed to exchange for another buy one get one even though we just spent nearly $100 in the store prior to coming back over to our hotel room. There was literally, no room to make an exception despite the fact that this was purchased five minutes before maybe 10 minutes before Maxif we had come into the store and spent $10 and came back asking for a refund, I would understand that but we came to the store and spent over $100 and were given no courtesy at all even though the purchase was made within the last 10 minutes. We would really appreciate someone responding to this concern
