M&I installed a new barrel tile roof in July 2022. There have been several leaks with the new roof. Management said the leaks were fixed. Shortly after the repair(after several failed promises to send a crew out to resolve the issue) the roof continued to leak and a new leak was discovered. No reply from the senior management to deliver on the recent work.Business response

The initial leak in the roof has been repaired. There was an additional leak in a goose neck that has also been repaired. Further more our senior management David was in constant contact with Mr ***** and explained the process as it was being resolved. There was substantial cracking to his stucco in multiple places along with the chimney cap rusting with holes in it which is what was causing said leaks, not our new roof. We performed numerous tests to come up with this as well as sending a crew to paint all of the homeowners ceilings where any water stains we showing. Homeowner is happy as of todays date with all work performed and repairs that have been completed. We repaired the stucco and chimney cap for the homeowner as these were not included in our contract, but repaired without any cost to the homeowner. We are extremely busy with repairs as we just went through two hurricanes within 2 weeks and are diligently responding as fast as we possibly can.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:Since making the complaint regarding M & I General Contractors, the roof work was completed today, January 14, 2023. I am satisfied with corrective action taken by the company.
