  #1. Crew removed fence panel for access to yard. Mike assured me it would be put back the way it was and it wasn't. Have been told numerous times a repair man would out. No one has been here. #2. All stumps were to be ground. The largest could not due to no fault of anyone. I have asked for a partial refund for services paid and not rendered. This company continues to ignore my requests. I have asked for 300 refund and either a repair man or cover cost of hiring a professional.

  1. We paid in full for tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding, but 1 month later the stump grinding has not been scheduled. 2. Severe damage to our property from the 7/21/21 tree removal. A caterpillar was used to transport limbs, trunks, and debris to the street. We were not informed as to the extent of the damage that would occur. Only a few pieces of plywood were laid down to support the weight, and only 1 or 2 along the track used by that machine. The weight of the machine, plus the 3 large trunk sections it held for each trip, caused severe ruts (6-12") in our lawn, and collapsed all the pavers along the side of the house, breaking 20, and also 3 sprinklers. Supervisor Mike has seen the damage, and mentioned some things that he could do to correct. Our salesman Joe said that Mike would be the one to handle it. We have not heard from Mike since that day. Joe promises, but never calls back to address the issue. Have also sent emails to the company with no response.

  On 7-1-21, this company was trimming trees in our next door neighbor's yard. My husband inquired as to a price for trimming overhanging trees from another neighbor's yard & was told $1600; that was way too much; they lowered price to $950 & was told estimator has to look at it. In interim, the workers trimmed part of trees, which took about 15 mins (they were already next door with crew & equipment). My husband went to bank to get money, he returned they said they were done (they did not trim all the trees); estimator arrived onsite when they were done, provided contract at that time, they were paid $950 and left. They took complete advantage of a 76 yr old Vietnam Vet whose wife was indoors as she has Cancer---they are a scam . We want to know their license number and their insurance company so we can provide information to our lawyer.

We have worked on hundreds of projects in Central Florida and beyond with very happy customers. To unjustly say that our company is "a scam" on a public forum is slander with intent to do harm to our ability to earn income. We negotiated a price with the customer, at a lower rate since we were already in the neighborhood and had the time to do the job. A contract for a specific amount of work for a specific price point was drawn up and competently signed by the customer. He then competently drove his vehicle to the bank, competently performed banking business (withdrew money), returned, and happily, as well as competently, paid the amount agreed upon when the work was completed. Based on our GPS records we moved a vehicle from the neighbors job site to the job site in question. Based on those GPS records, the vehicle was on site for 55 minutes. The work that was completed required one of our professional climbers to ascend the tree and work in hazardous conditions as is the nature of our work. The gentleman paid a reasonable rate for the skilled work, machinery, and time required to perform the task. It was a pleasure doing business with this American Veteran that fought for our freedoms which include engaging in small business with fair and free trade, but as for the person who wrote this review, and contacted our pregnant receptionist screaming and cussing at her...well...here is the information you requested: We are registered with the State of Florida #************, the county of Volusia #************, and you can review our insurance document at ********************************************* . They charged next door neighbor, who originally hired them to cut & trim over at least 6 bigger branches at half our cost, so charging us $950 for 4 branches being trimmed no more than 2" in diameter is highway robbery. Price quoted before estimator arrived & receipt (not contract) was supplied after ridiculous $950 was paid----THEREFORE WE REQUEST $425 BE REFUNDED SINCE EQUIPMENT WAS ALREADY ONSITE AND OUR WORK MUCH LESS THAN NEIGHBOR!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE 55 MINUTES YOU REFER TO IN YOUR REPLY IS A CULMINATION OF BOTH JOBS---NOT OUR JOB SOLELY. OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIS BUSINESS PRACTICE IN THIS INSTANCE AND REFUND $425 IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER BICKERING. WE FEEL WE ARE BEING QUITE REASONABLE IN OUR REFUND REQUEST. HAVE YOU HEARD FROM CONSUMER PROTECTION YET???????????? YOU CAN EXPECT TO SHORTLY.
