Horrible company. I've been asking for a refund since July after ordering in early ***** being charged and never being sent the product. I called and emailed NINE TIMES asking them for an update, and when no one got back to me I started asking for a refund. After 6 weeks of requesting they refund my money, AGAIN with no communication, including with my credit card, they only got back to me after 8 weeks to tell me they would be shipping. I again, said NO, i want a refund after waiting 2 months. A FULL MONTH after that they shipped the item, they KNEW I NO LONGER WANTED. Worse they ordered the item from another vendor AFTER I had cancelled and requested a refund multiple times! If I were you, I'd not purchase here!Review from Joan C

Purchased a wine kit on 6/6/24.. They took my payment.6/20 no product. called. "We will get back to you within 24 hours." Did Not happen.I have left 4 voicemails and sent at least 2 emails. NO responseReview from John M

I ordered a stopper for my Grainfather on 11/19/23. On 12/15/23 I sent an email which received no response. On 12/19 I called and the woman told me that they were receiving it on 12/20/23 and it would be shipped out by 12/22/23. On 1/7/24 I still do not have the stopper. I'm not sure how their in person service is, but frankly this is unacceptable. I always try and give the businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this is unacceptable.
