Date of transaction: ********** ******.** 1/******* ******* Business co**itted to install a swale in *y yard that would help with rain water pooling along the walls of *y house that was causing water da*ages esti*ated at $*************** The installed swale cause water to gather heavily on another area of *y houses, inches deep, all the way to *y back door. There was a verbal guarantee given to *y by an e*ployee of The Green House Nursery the first day that work began. They charged *e another ******* to resolve this issue. The issue has still not been resolved and every ti*e there is heavy rain, water is pooling *uch worse than before around *y house. I have reached out again to ask to speak to the co*pany owner. Instead, so*eone other than the owner called *e back and said they'd be co*ing on *onday, *** ****. Nobody showed up. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved.
