            Had this company install a ************* on my river property. They took an extremely long time. Within weeks of completion the gangway and dock started to tear away from the deck. I had to have the gangway and deck removed to protect others property. After almost a year or negotiations via my attorney they refused to offer anything but a simple fix. A structural engineering report was completed and it was deemed that the remaining structure was unsafe for use and it was recommended to be removed as it cannot be fixed. Last offer to resolve was met with the same offer to do a minimal fix. I have had to file suit in an attempt to get back monies lost with this company. I would never recommend them and if anyone has had them build a dock or deck I would have it checked as improper fasteners and materials were used on my project resulting in the poor quality and unsafe structure they left me with.
