I call Beltz liquid waste management on October 12, 2022, schedule delivery of one handicap, potty potty and water station. I received a text message that I am on the schedule. Per our conversation on the phone payment would be received on pick up. I was promised the delivery for November 11, 2022 at the cost of $300. On November 11 by 4:30 pm No Porta potty had arrived, I called, I text and I called again and no one returned a call or text message. I called again today November 14 and was told that ***** was in a meeting and would call me back. Im still waiting for a callback. My family was inconvenienced and at the last minute I was able to find a porta potty company out of ******** and paid $795 for a porta potty that arrived around 2 pm and ourevent was over at 5:45. It will remain on our property until Monday November 14 pick ** day. I do not recommend this company and if they could not assist me in the Porta potty I would really have appreciated a call or at least a text in a timely manner.
