      We paid $1606.59 for the company to teach our daughter to drive 12/06/2022. They booked the appointments to begin January 2023 but then they sent an email that they were restructuring the company, and all appointments would be temporarily canceled with an option of reschedule or refund. We waited for a reschedule for months the web site only gives options of appointments far away not at the nearby Niceville. We tried calling and got left waiting for call backs they never made or left on hold for hours. We were told in July that we were scheduled to be repaid in September 2023 but once again we got nothing for our patience. So, we are out $1606.59 and have gotten nothing from company not one lesson no refund. There is never anyone at the place of building when we've been by, and I can't reach them by phone or email. I still need their service but no longer trust company even though the local DMV referred them to me. I really can't afford to lose that much money to company that has done nothing but been an aggravation to try to deal with.

      I paid for driving instructions for my daughter. However, we were only contacted once to ask for our availability. We responded and never heard back from anyone again. I called and again gave my availability and were told we would get a call back from the driving instructor. Again, we heard nothing. I emailed and never received a response. I emailed again and explained that she needed to get her license before college begins as she has to drive herself. Again, nothing. When I call most of the time, nobody picks up the phone and music plays which can go on for 40 minutes. If someone does answer, they put me on hold and never pick up again. I paid over $500 which is a lot of money. I was never provided any service. At this point, she has gone on to get her license on her own as we could no longer wait. I would like a refund of my money.

      On February 2, 2023 I paid 685.29 to all florida safety school. Everytime a driving lesson has come up (4)( March 26, April 2nd, April 8th, and April 9th. This doesn’t include the defensive driving class on April 6th) the appointment is cancelled night prior. I have called and emailed multiple times requesting a refund and a call from a supervisor and no one will respond. This last Sunday they just didn’t show up for our 8am appointment. The defensive driving school was Thursday April 6, online from 4-8 we logged in prior to 4 and the class showed already started and wouldn’t allow her to take the class. I got someone from customer service on the phone and they didn’t understand what had happened and reset the class. I advised them not to reset bc no appointments were being kept and advised him I wanted a refund and a call from someone. At this point we are 60 days in, florida school keeps cancelling every appointment and will not provide any services I have paid for. We cancelled her road test with them bc at this point they haven’t provided any services to do the test and I also do not believe they will keep any appointments made.

      We paid this company for driving lesson and exam services in October 2022, everything was going well until the person who was giving lessons started to cancel appointments due to sickness. Rescheduling was nearly impossible and during the time that we were waiting to hear back from the company as they were in the process of restructuring their business. The last communication we received about the rescheduling was 22 November 2022. I sent follow up emails and tried to call but didn't get a response until February 2023. I contacted them on 17 January 2023 to inquire about our missing lessons and test and did not receive an email until a month later. On February 22nd 2023 we were contacted by the company to see about scheduling the lessons and driving test that were not fulfilled, and they stated that we would get first priority. After replying on the same day that we had availability anytime in the month of March with the exception of one week we received no response, I emailed them again on 5 March because we had not heard back and as of 14 March, we have still not received any communication. At this point they owe us two lessons and a driving exam. I asked for a refund if we could not be accommodated, but again no response.
