            Contract to remove bathroom tile to determine water intrusion under vanity, replace tile, repair drywall and baseboards, paint walls, reinstall 3 toilets and freestanding bathtub. Deposit paid. Tile removed. Leak determined from failed toilet wax ring. Bags of tile left onsite as well as tools and supplies. Contractor never returned. Calls to contractor never answered. Contractor texted he had a bad 5 months and was sorry. Said he would be coming with deposit check the next Monday. Never came and no texts were answered. It has been over 2 months with no communication

            Only cause I had to put a star. Doesn’t show up. Leave job’s hanging for weeks, lack of communication. upcharge jobs. And the biggest one of all! The person doing the work is not licensed. His wife, which you will never see on site holds the license. And he has a history of never pulling permits to do a job.

            This is a former friend of the business owners. This individual has a troubling history marked by unstable relationships and retaliatory behavior. She is attempting to undermine our work by making false claims about permitting. We are in compliance with the Florida statutes that govern licensed contractors. The assertions are baseless and these remarks only confirm this individual’s vindictive nature. This is clearly personal and not business related.
