Contract to remove bathroom tile to determine water intrusion under vanity, replace tile, repair drywall and baseboards, paint walls, reinstall 3 toilets and freestanding bathtub. Deposit paid. Tile removed. Leak determined from failed toilet wax ring. Bags of tile left onsite as well as tools and supplies. Contractor never returned. Calls to contractor never answered. Contractor texted he had a bad 5 months and was sorry. Said he would be coming with deposit check the next Monday. Never came and no texts were answered. On 7/28/21 I contracted with Wiygul Construction LLC. to paint my house and to "Build and Prep (6) Shudders . Shudders are built of extra outdoor non rot board" Shudders have a life time warranty," I have paid Wiygul Construction LLC /**** Wiygul $20,490 which includes all work to be performed including $2,490 was for the Shudders. Wiygul Construction LLC. has abandon the job and has not installed the Shudders. I want a refund of my $2,490 that I have already paid for the Shudders. Attached is the emails / text messages from **** Wiygul stating that he releases me from any balance owed in accord with our invoice work order. He also states that he will install the Shudders according to the weather. This is dated Sept. 16, 2021. The Shudders have not been installed. Mr. Wiygul will not respond to any calls, text or emails from me. He has abandon the job. I am due a refund of $2,490. This is the cost of the Shudders that I paid for in advance.
