    My husband and I have been ordering from the local Marco's for years and lately their quality of service SUCKS!!! We have spent a LOT of money with them, but apparently it doesn't matter. Our order was showing as having been delivered on the tracker, but we did not get it. My husband had been sitting outside for approx. 30 mins and nobody showed up, so he went over to his friend's apt. and it just so happened the driver had delivered our food to them. *DIFFERENT BLDG. and DIFFERENT APT #* and they didn't realize it?? Seriously?? They have IDIOT drivers who can't tell the difference between apt. 1 and apt. 8. The "managers" got rude because I was rightly upset that THEY screwed up, and it's NOT the first time this kind of thing has happened. I have worked in customer service in various facets for years (foodservice, retail, call center etc) and I would have NEVER had the NERVE to talk to a customer the way I was talked to earlier tonight. It just so happened that our order was delivered to a friend in the next bldg., and my husband was over there when THEIR order was delivered. The driver told my husband "why didn't you take the pizza back to your place?" like it was my husband's job. WRONG! If you can't handle delivering pizzas, find a different job. The "manager" told me he didn't appreciate the way my husband was talking in the background while I was on the phone and that it was rude. Of course they forget the fact that it was BECAUSE OF THEM that we were rightfully upset. There is NO accountability in businesses anymore and it shows!! I also posted a review on this website: www.pissedconsumer.com and there were COUNTLESS bad reviews posted by other Marco's customers all over the country, from FL to GA to TX, etc. so it is not just MY opinion that they have LOUSY SERVICE!! My suggestion for anyone reading this is to find a mom and pop place where you'll get treated right!!
