Contacted them in October 2021 because I noticed drywall ceiling staining. They replaced my entire roof which was completed in November 2020 . Less than 1 year later the roof is leaking . There is drywall staining on the ceiling and it is directly above the power box for the home(making it very dangerous). The warranty on the contract I have states they warranty the work for " 3 YEARS". October 6th they sent Adam out and he only looked at drywall damage and left. He did not want to see in attic. I have a square clear plastic 5 Gallon box in attic that stays on the ceiling joists to catch the rain water when there is a heavy rain. October 8th after a rain I collected 200 ml of water. Oct. 11th Johnathan came and I got my water hose and we applied water to the roof. We went in attic and he could see water dripping. Johnathan contacted someone on the phone and he said the roof vent needs to be moved because directly over standing seam on metal roof. Oct. 27 2021, I collected 1400ml of water from plastic box in attic.Oct. 28th emailed ****** Roofing and texted Johnathan. Nov 13th sent email to ****** roofing, When will roof vent be moved and leak fixed? No reply! Sent certified letter on Dec 30th. Jan 10th 2022. Adam shows up and my son said this time he asked to go in attic. My son said he stated it was dry and left. My certified letter stated that I would like this fixed and that we could remove the vent that sticks out and not have to replace it which would keep the cost down and just replace with an Air Admittance Valve which I have purchased already thus eliminating the boot and the vent stack from the roof and eliminating the potential for a leak in future at this location. I also informed Johnathan when he was here that I believe the two roof panels I have left over will probably be long enough to replace the two panels that will have to be replaced. I have tried to work with them and keep the cost down to a minimum and still no fixed roof.
