      Hello. On May 28th I had a repair done on my cracked windshield. On May 29th the crack was still there, so I contacted y'all on May 31st to let y'all know that the repair was NOT properly completed, yet you all still paid out the shop. I now see that on June 6th my insurance paid you all for the claim. This claim should NOT have been fulfilled. If anything, the shop further ruined my windshield. I should NOT have an insurance claim for this. This is ridiculous and I'd like it rectified ASAP.

      Insurance glass claim filed through State Farm 8/29/22, I was immediately told that Lynx Services would be handling my claim.Since 8/29/22 I have not received single phone call, email or letter from Lynx Services. They have never attempted to contact me in any way regarding my claim. I have no tangible evidence or proof from Lynx Services or State Farm that indeed Lynx Services has serviced my claim in any shape or form. Instead all I have is evidence that Lynx Services did not in fact service my claim. They stalled my claim from the start saying they would handle my glass claim which included a windshield and glass roof replacement. It took about 3 weeks and multiple calls (I was never even given a direct phone number for Lynx Services) to Lynx Services before a Lynx claim handler admitted that they had set this all up incorrectly and that they could not service the glass roof portion of my claim.So my glass claim was outsourced from State Farm, to Lynx Services and then to ***************. Is that allowed when I pay State Farm to be my insurance carrier?In any case, Lynx delayed it 3 weeks from the start. Then **** refused to authorize *************** to place the order for the new glass roof for about 2 weeks. Then 2 months later after the windshield had been replaced I got a threatening letter from Safelite saying that my insurance (Lynx) did not make payment. In the meantime, ****'s 3rd party handler *************** recommended a terrible glass roof installer who created over $5000 worth of damage and took over 3 weeks to replace my glass roof and *************** refused to take responsibility so I had to file an additional claim through State Farm for payment. At one point I had to drive my roofless car back home and then back.Claim started 8/29/22 Glass replaced and payout received 2/2/23 I've spent 150 hours 'administrating' my own claim.Either State Farm or Lynx Services needs to take responsibility for this disaster that they call claim handling.
