I just paid $125,000 for an RV at RV Country. They promised to do an inspection of the vehicle and fix anything that needed repairing. There is a major problem with the electrical system. They refuse to do the repairs, lied about just about everything. Very disreputable people. I need to be reimbursed for this major repair that I will now have to make myself after spending this outrageous amount of money in the first place.Business response

All used units are purchased AS-IS. per the purchase agreement. Mr ****** was offered a full extended warranty and declined to purchase it.
A full inspection and demonstration was giving to Mr ****** "the Buyer" by a professional technician. Per MR ****** everything had to be up to his satisfaction and shown to him to be so, before he would pay for the unit and take ownership. Upon his full satisfaction, Mr ****** paid in full and took ownership. Three days later he complained about the generator not working properly. The technician told him he overloaded the circuit by trying to operate too many items at once. ( he was warned about this during the walk through). The technician showed him how to reset the breaker, he immediately overloaded it again and continued to do so after being told several times not to do this. Every time the breaker would trip from his operator error the breaker would weaken. He tripped it so many times that it needs to be replaced. The system never had an issue during the 3 day inspection period, or during his satisfactory walkthrough. Without an extended warranty Mr ****** is liable for any and all repairs once he took ownership. He was shown multiple time how to properly operate the system properly.
Mr ****** became verbally abusive with the women in the office. We do not tolerate this behavior, and he is not welcome around the dealership.

I am rejecting this response because:I GOT THIS ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR OF THE ** ON CO**H YOU SOLD ME, YOU DID EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO LIE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE CO**H. YOU DID NOT REPL**E THE M**ERATOR, JUST TOOK IT OFF. THEY PUT THOSE ON THERE FOR A REASON. I'M STILL DISCOVERING THINGS WRONG WITH THE CO**H. I HAD A REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP UNLIKE YOURS INSPECT THE BREAKER PROBLEM, THEY TOLD ME IT IS DEFINITELY THE ** COMPRESSOR WHICH KEEPS SETTING THE BREAKER SWITCH OFF, THE BREAKER SWITCH IS FINE. I WILL HAVE TO REPL**E THE ENTIRE ** UNIT NOW, YOU OBVIOUSLY KNEW. ABOUT THIS REASON YOU TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR YOUR S*** YOU ARE A DISREPUTABLE PL**E OF BUSINESS.I NEED YOU TO PAY THIS REPAIR BILL. I KNOW YOU WON'T BEING SUCH AN UPRIGHT MAN, SO I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT AND WILL SEND THE BETTER BUSINESS A COPY OF THIS.
