They advertised a used RV at one price. When I went to sign the contract they raised the price by twenty thousand dollars!

WORST CONSIGNMENT SHOP EVER! In April we purchased a fifth wheel from Rv Kountry which has numerous problems after we were told there weren't any. They left sewer waste in the pipe when they dropped it off and we had to use gloves to get the cap off and got covered in sewer waste, we called to try to get them to handle it but wouldn't send anyone out. They couldn't find the keys for the fifth wheel we purchased and said they would order us a new one. We waited 4 months and each time we called for an update they said it was on backorder. I found the lock and key on amazon and Adam (their only respectful employee) ordered it immediately. In April we went under contract for RV Kountry to sell our Class A which they made NO attempt to do so what so ever. After a few months of it being there I asked why there were no pictures of the RV on their website or RV Trader, their employee Walt told us the generator was not working, the cleaning ladies couldn't get in there to clean it for them to take the pictures. I asked if this was the case why wasn't I made aware months ago, Walt had no response. I was so upset with how they've treated us for months at this point I said my honest opinion and experience with them so far on a personal social page and tagged them, that was the first time I EVER received a phone call from Walt, saying they didn't want to do business with us after they've already proven they didn't want to from the start. I spoke with the owner Everett and explained what Walt told me as to why it was not cleaned and pictures posted and he told me the generator was working just fine. I had a friend go in there and ask to see the unit because there aren't any pictures online and they refused to let them see it because the unit "wasn't for sale". Our contract said otherwise. They also didn't move or even start the RV for MONTHS and they had to jump it in order for me to have our RV removed from their lot as they have made no attempt to try and sell our RV.

I bought on consignment from RV Kountry a 2020 32BHDS pull trailer about April 2022, and was told it had only been used twice by a husband/wife, who had to sell when she became ill. I was assured the trailer was in great shape. I had a vented washer dryer delivered, and installed by RV Kountry. I was not allowed to contact the original owner, and other Jayco dealers have not agreed to call him either, or to release contact information. The trailer has needed a new converter, a new refridgerator circuit board, new spare tire(original had a nail in the sidewall and was not repairable although our sales person Walt said we could repair it), most of the window screens are pulled loose, the awning has rotted out on one end and needs replacement, one end of the awning has been in an accident and the plastic cover is broken and needs replaced (held by a bungee cord now), window shades won't stay up, plus the frame and support stand at the back are bent, and plainly have been in an accident. The outside bathroom door won't lock properly, and cannot be opened from the inside (safety issue). We were assured that a water damaged board below the kitchen sink would be ordered and sent to us. Haven't seen it yet. There is also water damage in the bathroom that needs replacement. I and my partner have both left numerous voice messages with Walt, and had no return call. I just found out from another Jayco dealer, that all warranties are void when the original owner sells the vehicle. Even if the trailer is less than two years old. Never told this. My experience is similar to a previous reviewer, in that full disclosure was not done. It seems that buyer beware is the way this works. In retrospect, I would recommend getting an appraisal from a second party for all used trailers. I have met other dealers who seem honest and helpful. Unfortunately, this has been a bad experience. Perhaps I can have RV Kountry sell it for me to some one else.
