I tried contacting McDaniel’s Ins Agency for a quote on Golf Cart Ins. After about 3 phone calls over a period of 2 weeks, no one person tried calling me back. (We do have our homeowners Ins through them at this time. This is why I wanted a quote on our Golf Cart Ins.) I also emailed them, and no-one emailed me back. We finally drove down to the office to find the door locked. Paige did unlock the door and let us in. We told her that we were trying to get a hold of them and nobody would answer our emails or our telephone calls. She apologized and blamed it on someone else. We proceeded to pay her for our Ins on our Golf Cart. She said she was going to send me a link through the email so that I could sign the paperwork. I called her the next day and told I couldn’t set up the account. I then called the office and told whoever answered the phone that it did not work. The fellow on the phone told me Paige would call me back in the next 15 minutes and send me a new link but nobody has called me back. This has been 9 hours later now. We stopped at the office again, and the office was locked up just to find out that they are under investigation, and I am hoping we do have golf cart insurance but don’t know for sure . :( This is pretty scary. They are definitely not dependable!
