This company did not service the portable toilet unit before my event even though I called them numerous times. It is supposed to be serviced monthly and it was not. Ive been trying to reach them for over a week with no answer and no return call even using their emergency line. However, they still put The payment through with my card they had on file. (Even though the service was not performed and no one has returned my calls with my concerns. )Initial Complaint

In December 2022 I contracted this company to inspect ****** Aerobic Treatment System. This company took $450 from me for said contract. They never inspected the system nor did they file the contract with the **************** as required. It turns out that they lost their license to inspect ****** Systems yet never contacted me or offered me a refund. I suspect fraud. Do not do any business with this company!Initial Complaint

A contract was signed in August 2022 (company listed "*******************" on the contract with the address of North Ft. Myers Sanitation) to provide maintenance services (2 times per year) to our Hoot aerobic septic system at our address. Payment of $450.00 was made by credit card and accepted by *****. Myers Sanitation per our receipt. We received a letter from the FL ***** of ****** that North Ft. Myers Sanitation is NOT A CERTIFIED INSPECTOR for our type of system (letter received 5/5/2023). I was further told by FL ***** of ****** via email that no inspections were ever performed during August 17, 2022 thru April 24, 2023, and that this company cannot act as our maintenance company. I sent an email on May 10 to ******* at N. Ft Myers Sanitation asking for our $450 to be returned for non-services. ******* called me on May 8 (after I left a message on May 5) and stated that the owner of N. Ft. Myers was attempting to become certified and that they would send ** a new contract for the year Aug 2023-Aug ****. I indicated in the email of May 10 that we would be finding a new company to service our septic system. I would request that this company refund ** our monies as they did not honor the contract but accepted our payment (under a different entity name as well). Possible fraud suspected.
