Date of Transaction: Feb 23, 2020 Amount of money Paid to business: $4,731.80 What the business committed to provide you: Symphony of the seas Xscape 7 day cruise Nature of the dispute: The cruise was originally suppose to happen in October of 2020. The Agent from this business told me the cruise was postponed due to covid and was suppose to take place in October 2021. When I asked for a refund he refused and never responded. September 2021 I reached out again about the cruise he claimed it was postponed again. When I reached out to the cruise line they said it was not postponed and they could not find my reservation anywhere! When I reached out to the agent about the issue he was ignoring me and never got back to me. I paid for a cruise that I did not attend. This business stole my money. I am not the only person this happened to. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: No they have not. I am being ignored because he does not want to give me my refund.Initial Complaint

On Oct.2020 a cruise event was to take place coming from Miami sailing to Jamaica, Haiti, and Mexico. I purchased the cruise through the travel agent ****** *********. The amount of the cruise was debited out of my account monthly up until it was paid in full. Due to covid it was postponed until Oct.2021. There weren't any further updates regarding the event and if it was still going to take place. I requested for a refund and contacted the agent on numerous occasions by email, text, and phone calls. My cousin also spoke to the agent several times on my behalf to get the matter resolved. Up until now the agent still hasn't contacted me back to resolve the issue in refunding me my money.
